This condo is located on the East end and prettiest part of Panama City Beach. The beach is wide and never crowded. The sand is sugar white and the water is emerald green.
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a private bedroom with a new queen size bed. The upstairs loft has two twin size beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs are in every room with plenty of cable channels to choose from. We also provide Free WiFi to our guests. Password provided. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook if you want to. The large balcony over looks the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool. Grills are in the court yard near the pool for guest use.
This is a low rise condominium. Only 3 stories high. This particular unit is on the 3rd floor and you can park directly in front of the building. Unlike high rises where you have to park across the street and lug all your stuff all over the place and then wait on an elevator. This is simple and easy.
This condo is in building C. Buildings A and B face the beach. Building C is across the parking lot from building A. It is literally only a few steps to the beach. Although it's not directly on the beach, it's the next best thing because you don't have to walk across the highway. Just walk down the stairs from the unit and about 20 steps and you are on the boardwalk.
Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. A small amount of laundry detergent is supplied but bring more. Some paper products, (paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags) are provided but bring enough to make it through your time at the beach. There is a dishwasher in the unit and a couple pkgs of detergent are provided, bring more if needed. One small bottle of dish detergent is provided, bring more if needed.
The key is in a lock-box on the door and I will provide you the code at check in. Just leave the key on the counter at check out. No hassle.
St Andrews State Park is only a mile away. Some people walk to it from the condo.
There are NO elevators at this property.
I'm an aircraft mechanic and my wife is a nurse. We have two adult children and 3 fur babies. We bought this condo in 2015 and we are renting it some to help defer some of the mortgage expense. We have been renovating it (with the help of my mother in law and brother in law) since we bought it and it will be a constant work in progress until we get it just the way we want it.
We work hard and we play hard. I enjoy classic cars and going to the beach for some downtime. We decided on this condo because it is on the "quiet" side of the beach. The beach is wider and sooooooo beautiful. The HOA here is very organized and the owners here take great pride in ownership. It's just a beautiful place.
The best selling point for us was that it is on the beach side of Thomas Drive. We looked at others in the same price range that were across the road but there's nothing like being on the beach side. No worries of getting hit by a car with this property. You are right on the beach!
Family friendly end of the beach but still close to all the action.
Stephanie was very nice, very attentive to emails from me before and during my stay. There were a couple of inconveniences however I still give 5 stars because of how Stephanie handled them. Prior to my arrival the air conditioning was having issues and needed to be replaced. Stephanie emailed me letting me know it would be replaced on monday so we decided to go on and go and see what happened. The AC ended up being ok for Sunday night. Monday it was fixed, Tuesday the repair guy came to make sure I was working. All went well and Stephanie stayed in contact while they were replacing the until and to make sure the AC was working fine. It was just a minor inconvenience that we knew about prior to the trip.
On to the many positives... There was plenty of sleeping space for My fiancé and I and 4 children. Two twin size beds in the loft with a tv, sofa in loving room and VERY comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The condo was cleaned very well prior to my arrival. The kitchen was well equipped to make a few home cooked meals. Charcoal grills by the pool. The condo seems to be well insulated as we could never hear people outside or the neighbors.
The beach was soooo close. A very short walk across the parking lot. Loved the condo and look forward to staying there again.

This place is perfect, it was my first time going a vacation in about 6 years and me my sister a friend and her fiancé went, the place got us all perfectly with plenty of room to spare, it's on the calm side of Panama and perfect for relaxing. It's close enough to walk to many of the places in Panama. If we go back to Panama I'm definitely going to see if this place is available
Don't bring your towels and sheets. Everything is furnished.
In addition, you're close to beach and right in front off the swimming poor that is warmed since January first.
To start of this is a great property and the description provided is absolutely to the point. This can easily sleep 6 people, is very clean and well maintained and right on the beach.
Stephanie was very co-operative no courteous throughout our stay and kept contact through message in case we were in need of anything or needed any help.
I was renting for very first time and even she was renting out for very first time so initially while booking there was confusion related to cleaning fee which we mutually worked on and decided to pay half n half.
Rest everything was great and the complete family enjoyed the vacations. My wife and parents liked it rather loved it.
The location is good and safe for families and couples.
