The town houses are located in Mykonos’ most privileged private 8-villa compound, Villa Perla.

Supremely located on a small hilltop, over the town’s main sea-front square, the town houses offer the luxury of being less than a minute’s walk away from the center of Mykonos, yet enjoying the benefits of privacy, of a shared pool and of private parking.

The compound is designed by the most celebrated and internationally recognized architect in Greece and the residences are owned by prominent Greek families.


The 2 bedroom residence has a total area of approximately 70 sq.m. (750

It comprises of two bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with two single beds) and a bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, kitchen & dining table and guest WC.

On the ground floor, the veranda offers views to the pool and to sea while in the rear, the residence has a small private yard with a BBQ.

The residence has been fully renovated in 2013 and constitutes an ideal solution for two couples who wish to enjoy the benefits of living next to all the action of Mykonos town, yet enjoying a private, quiet and top-end environment with the rare comforts of parking and of a shared pool in town.

About Owner/Manager

Mykonos is my second home as I have been going there since 1985. My family built the Mykonos town house and since then it has been renovated continuously and meticulously.

I enjoy hosting people from across the globe to Mykonos and giving them the insider's knowledge to make the best out of the diverse and unique Mykonos experience.

Owner/Manager purchased this house in 1989

It is unique for a variety of reasons such as: vicinity to the Mykonos town centre - yet offering total privacy as the property is developed on an elevated and gated plot of land. Offers extra ordinary views to the town of Mykonos, to the sunset and to the island of Delos. It offers a parking and a common pool. Designed by Greece's most recognised architect.

Great villa, amazing location!

The villa was great! Plenty of space, loved the pool, Ediola was charming, and Dimitri was very attentive to all of our needs/requests. The villa location was amazing - just a 2 minute walk to town - restaurants, bars and shopping just steps away! I would highly recommend this villa.

Best view. Everyone was stopping to take photos of this adorable house. A two minute walk to all the shops and resteraunts. Not exagerating Very clean. Great host. Answered within minutes

This summer me and my friends stayed at Villa Perla.

The location of the property couldn't have been better: it's at close walking distance to all good things Mykonos town has to offer, but also far enough from the noise. The apartment itself is very modern, well kept and in a good state. Another plus is the newly installed air conditioning, which is working very well. We have very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next year.

Fint hus med härlig utsikt över havet. Ligger lungt till men väldig nära ner till alla restauranger och butiker. Toppen med egen bilplats också. Värden Dimitri var hjälpsam och snabb att svara på sms.

très jolie petite maison, bien située, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de chora,

la maison fait partie d'un regroupement de huit maisons, avec piscine,

calme, propre, petite piscine

non seulement je recommanderais cette location, mais j'y retournerais

very nice little house , well located , a few minutes walk from the center of Chora ,

the house is part of a group of eight houses with swimming pool,

quiet, clean, small pool
