THE TOWN HOUSE
The town houses are located in Mykonos’ most privileged private 8-villa compound, Villa Perla.
Supremely located on a small hilltop, over the town’s main sea-front square, the town houses offer the luxury of being less than a minute’s walk away from the center of Mykonos, yet enjoying the benefits of privacy, of a shared pool and of private parking.
The compound is designed by Alexander Tombazis, the most celebrated and internationally recognized architect in Greece and the owners of the residences constitute some of the most respected families in the country.
2 BEDROOM RESIDENCE
The 2 bedroom residence has a total area of approximately 70 sq.m. (750
It comprises of two bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with two single beds) and a bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, kitchen & dining table and guest WC. The living room sofas have the potential to accomodate two more people for sleeping in case of temporary need.
On the ground floor, the veranda offers views to the pool and to sea while in the rear, the residence has a small private yard with a BBQ.
The residence has been fully renovated in 2013 and constitutes an ideal solution for two couples who wish to enjoy the benefits of living next to all the action of Mykonos town, yet enjoying a private, quiet and top-end environment with the rare comforts of parking and of a shared pool in town.
Mykonos is my second home as I have been going there since 1985. My family built the Mykonos town house and since then it has been renovated continuously and meticulously.
I enjoy hosting people from across the globe to Mykonos and giving them the insider's knowledge to make the best out of the diverse and unique Mykonos experience.

This summer me and my friends stayed at Villa Perla.
The location of the property couldn't have been better: it's at close walking distance to all good things Mykonos town has to offer, but also far enough from the noise. The apartment itself is very modern, well kept and in a good state. Another plus is the newly installed air conditioning, which is working very well. We have very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next year.
