It is centrally located to all the attractions that northern Arizona has to offer. About Giselle Collette

My Mother, which owns the home, was born in Argentina, lived and traveled all over the world. Her passion is to travel and opera, since she was an opera singer herself.

This was her primary residence before moving to Sedona with me. I will be managing this property with her. I was born in France, grew up in many different States and Countries and inherited the love of travel as well. Married to a Italian with two beautiful boys.

Giselle Collette purchased this house in 2003

Why Giselle Collette chose Arizona

My Mother fell in love with this house for its incredible views and double sided fire place. Traveling through the South West she loved the story and symbol of the Kokopelli which adorns the front of the house. This home is all in one level with a great split plan. Wonderful for multiple couples to share and have their own privacy.

What makes this house unique

This is a beautiful home with amazing views from the front of the house. We have many birds, Javelinas, coyotes rode runners and even a fox and its babies that lived in our chimney. It is a very peaceful safe neighborhood. You can do day trips to all sorts of nice things to see. I think you will find it very comfortable and relaxing especially if you are looking for a get away from the city.

Well worth the visit

The Kokopelli house is everything the website says it is. Very clean and quaint home. the owners are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights and it is so much better than a hotel. We hope to return soon for another visit

our stay at the Kokopelli Villa

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time while staying in the Kokopelli Villa. The house was everything that was advertised and was more that we could have asked for. The view from the front room out onto the Verde valley was stunning with fantastic sunrises. The town of Clarkdale was beautiful with many things to do. We enjoyed the river front park and the dog park that is part of that park. The Verde river was really nice and we were able to find several areas where our labs could swim. The trip to Jerome was very interesting and the climb up through the town was great. We also visited the Copper museum in Clarkdale and I highly recommend a visit to there. Thank you Giselle again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Warm, inviting and great place!

  • 5 of 5

We had a relaxed, quiet, fun time in this exceptionally well decorated and lovely home. Really appreciated, the great bedrooms, cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen and the size of the place. The fireplace is also great, with comfortable furniture - and enough of it! We will return.

Lovely!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay here was quite enjoyable, as the place is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything that you would need. Pretty front when you arrive, and a pretty backyard. Enjoyed the Indian artwork and pieces in the house, and found the fireplace fascinating, though we didn't need to use it due to the weather. Slept very well in the beds, while the place has a better AC system than in my own home! In a very quiet section of town, and we were never disturbed while there. It has beautiful views of the morning sun coming up, worth getting up for. Not very far from Sedona or the Vortexes..25-30 minutes. We spent a lot of time outdoors, driving to places such as the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater, Montezuma Castle and the aforementioned Sedona/Vortexes All that prevented us from enjoying the ambiance of the home as much as we had wanted. Next time! Owner Giselle was great, keeping contact with us by phone or email. I certainly recommend this place to anyone!

Just an ideal spot for visiting the Sedona area!!!

  • 5 of 5

Our visit to the Sedona area could not have been any better, and a big thank you goes to Giselle and her mom, perfect hosts! The location of Kokpelli Vilke is ideal, and made visiting the area attraction so easy. Giselle was a great help in getting the lay of the land, as well, as recommending some wonderful places to eat. The villa was really home, a wonderful living space, great yard which Rudy thoroughly enjoyed. Rudy being our little Maltese. The kitchen was perfect, and grocery stores abundant in the area.

We cannot recommend Kokopelki Villa enough, just wonderful. If you are looking for an extremely reasonably priced get away to the Sedona area this is for sure deserving of your attention. Again, a big thank you to Giselle and her mom for their wonderful hospitality.

Perfect !!

  • 5 of 5

Host very responsive. Five star comfort in the 2 main bedrooms, hideabed is for the younger ones in the group. View from front is awesome! Clean!!!! Comfortable!!!! Convenient !!!! I could easily live in this home! Layout is great. Pretty quite, might get a little road noise with windows open at night from hwy but it's far enough down the road it's more of a white noise. Slept fantastic every single night and that never happens on a trip! I am hoping I will be able to rent again! Thank you so much! Kokopelli house is fantastic and I got 5 stars from my family for the great find. 😊򒠠

Make sure to hit the Matterhorn shopping area in Sedona. Bliss massage came in handy. Recommend planning your trip around full moon, absolutely breath taking locations around to view. Recommend planning 3 full days at the least to take in everything. Out of Africa is a must see experience for all ages and pretty much half to all day experience. Can get dusty so be aware and use lots of sunscreen but getting a giraffe kiss was best birthday present ever! Montezuma's castle is shaded area to wander and look at a small set of ruins from a decent distance but with minimal parking.

Just didn't plan enough time this time to see it all.
