The apartment is conveniently located close to many city centre amenities and comes fully furnished with wood flooring in the hall, kitchen & lounge, and carpeting in the bedrooms of the flat. The apartment security entry system ensures only residents can gain access to the building while the allocated off street parking space to the rear of the building is rare within a Glasgow city centre location. The flat also features its own free 5MB wired and wireless internet connection(wi-fi).

The city's exclusive West End is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment and boasts some of the best bars, restaurants, nightlife, museums, architecture and history in Glasgow. Glasgow centre is packed with activities, shops, restuarants, botanic gardens etc. And also has some of the best theatres, cinemas and museums in the UK. Glasgow is also close to some fantastic scenery at Loch Lomond in the Trossachs, Stirling Castle, the costal town of Oban, with regular crossings to the many west coast Islands.

Edinbugh is only 50 miles (1 hour) and the apartment is close to the M8 Motorway directly linking the two cities.

Also close to the Forth Clyde Canal which runs from Glasgow to Edinburgh and has recently been modernised. Great for walks, cycling or fishing. Comes with one private car parking space belonging to the apartment, great for hiring a car to tour scotland's attractions.

For let in whole weeks with a Saturday changeover. We are very flexible about arrivals and departures on any day providing they are within the week you have reserved. The official entry time is 4pm but again can easily be later by prior arrangement. Cleaning and linen changes take place every Saturday from 11am - 2pm. Booking/reservations can be made through our own website at www.holidayflat4let.co.uk and payment can be made either online worldwide or by post from the UK. Credit and Debit card payments are also accepted. UK Personal cheques are also accepted if received at least 2 weeks prior to the due date.

Excellent modern property in a great location at a very reasonable price. Would book again.

Used the flat as a base location for a family holiday, they loved the location, (especially the shops and restaurants). The flat is ideally located for easy access to the plethora of facilities and amenities within 30 minutes walking distance.

Kelvingrove museum and park are a short subway trip away from local station and well worth a visit.

Largs and the island of the Great Cumbrae are less then an hours drive away and are worth a visit. The latter especially if you enjoy cycling and taking in panoramic views of the firth.

Within 50 minutes drive north of the flat you come across the eastern shores of Loch Lomand and the small village of Balmaha, where you walk up Conic hill that offers breathtaking views of the Loch and its Islands. Great tea room, good home made cakes.

Will keep an eye out on the availability of this property for future excursions into Glasgow. One week was not enough.

Even though other reviews had said it all about this flat, it's worthy to cement what a bargain this is for such a high quality rental.

Comfortable and spacious modern flat

This was ideal for us visiting Glasgow with a car, which needed a parking space. It was clean, comfortable and more spacious than the photos displayed. We were able to stay with our daughter and have our son over for a meal or two while visiting from Glasgow Uni. Despite its location near a busy road we were not bothered by traffic noise as the flat is two floors up and the bedrooms were at the rear of the block. We were very happy with our stay.
