This is a beautiful 3br , 2.5br 2 level loft Condo is in Ledroit park DC. Nicely furnished with lots of space. Has 12 ft ceiling, Brazilian cherry Hardwood floors, New appliances. Bedroom 1 and 2 connected to an attached full bathroom with jacuzzy tub. 800 sq/ft 2nd floor master bedroom with open deck Views of the US Capitol and Monument. Large living area with 2 TVs. One in living room and one in Master bedroom. Neighborhood is great & convenient to shops, restaurants, bars and metro.

Off Street parking is gated with auto gate opener. Also comes with parking pass for street parking. PARKING request has to made at time of booking. There is no extra charge for parking. Off street parking is ONLY available upon request at time of booking so it can be reserved for you.

Recently constructed in 2008. New furniture and appliances. Very convenient to most areas on DC. Centrally located.

What makes this condo unique

Metro access, Condo is two level with lots of space. Available fenced parking in the back of the property which is rear in DC. Note: Parking is gated with auto gate opener. Off street parking is ONLY available upon request during booking so it can be reserved for you.

Typical row house with lots of stairs. Furniture comfortable but worn. Would stay again but would remember to pack light since carrying luggage up 5 front stairs then 15 inside door to get to main floor was a lot, then another 15 or so if you take the master suit. Master has a Hugh lovely sky light that give you tons of natural light which may be an issue if you want to sleep past sun rise but as we were there for work was not a problem. Overall clean and as promised

Convenient location and nice accommodations.

Stayed at this townhouse for Howard University'a homecoming. The location is in close/walking distance from campus and conveniently located on Rhode Island Ave which is a booming area of town. The property is a 2 story walk up, which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 2 rental apartments below. Full, but small kitchen, washer and dryer, and off street parking (huge plus) with is shared with another resident.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed this place, enough space to entertain a small number of people.

Very spacious in a great location!

Fantastic location! Plenty of comfortable space to crash after a day of sightseeing and walking everywhere. House is close to Shaw-Howard metro station, the neighborhood is good. Giant grocery store is close. Delicious pizza around the corner. Didn't get a chance to walk too far up Florida but the one restaurant we stopped at was excellent! Off and on street parking both easy didn't need the car other than to arrive at the beginning of the week and leave at the end. Owners were very easy to communicate with! We'd stay here again!

We loved it!!!

We have stayed in a number of VRBO homes but this was by far the best! We had a fair amount of our meals here and the kitchen was terrific to work in. All the appliances, cabinets and counter tops are in excellent condition. Much more spacious than we had expected. A wonderful place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Very clean. We used metrorail for our transportation and the closest station is not far away. Maybe 5 minute walk. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions. We stayed for 9 days and we truly felt like this was our "home away from home." Looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely row house, close to conference center

Our group greatly enjoyed our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see that the owners had done some painting and so the home was even nicer than we were expecting based on the pictures. The upper level loft room is also much more spacious than it seems in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and the price was right- what more can you want? The owner was easily accessible by text message for any questions that arose. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the conference center easily. Would recommend!
