Delightful and Sweet!

  • 5 of 5

We had the BEST stay at Lucien's sweet studio.

Location: PERFECT. Try 61Local (right next door) for brunch. The subway stop is literally out the front door and shopping on Smith is great.

Studio: Exactly what you need in NYC. Clean, with lots of light. Nothing fancy, but we were really only there to sleep.

Host: Lucien is a delight. He met us right when we arrived (early in the morning) and had gifts for us both. Such a treat.

Great studio apt in Brooklyn, Location, Location, Location!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed here in December and it was a wonderful studio apartment. We came to visit friends in the area, so we were not in the apartment a lot, but the location is everything! So convenient! Lucien was easy to correspond with and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and charming with local art on the walls. We used the fan in the closet to block out any street noise at night, which was helpful and worked great. Will stay here again on our next visit to BK!

Amazing studio & the location is the best

  • 5 of 5

We booked at Lucien's exceptionally tasteful and comfortable studio. It truly is beautiful (as the title says). My friend was flying in from London and had been traveling from Argentina as well and he was over the moon about all of the thoughtful details to overcome his jet lag and adjust comfortably to NYC time.

Lucien was extremely responsive and provided amenities that were so thoughtful. My friend said the bed was EXCELLENT and he had the best nite sleeps he's had in a month. The location is more than perfect with subway right at your doorstep and a lively neighborhood outside the quiet calm of the apt. We HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be requesting to stay here again in the future. Thank you Lucien for helping make another fan of Cobble Hill.

Wonderful Stay!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was clean, cozy and a true gem of Brooklyn. We were close to everything and getting around was easy. Our host Calvin was the best. He saw to our every need and question and he called to see how we were doing several times during our stay. We would recommend that you stay here to be in the heart of Brooklyn. We will return and stay here again and again.
