Everything you are looking for in a beach vacation is right outside the door of this colorful and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa. This first floor condo is everything you need and more for a relaxing vacation to the Isle of Palms. It is centrally located to the front beach of Isle of Palms, restaurants, bars, pool, and most importantly the beach! Upon entering the condo is the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The balcony off of the living room has comfortable seating and overlooks the community pool. Down the hallway are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two twins with a bathroom. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. For added convenience this villa includes complimentary Wi-Fi, coin laundry access, 3 televisions, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect location! Beautiful decorations!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, very comfortable. All four of us felt at home right away.

The location is very close to the beach and in a walk-able distance from Teeter Harris grocery market as well as marvelous restaurants and cafes. There are also take away places and small local shops for fish and meat that you can cook if you'd like.

The beach is with a peer for fishing and sunrise enjoyment.

The balcony is next to the swimming pool. It did not bother us at all. We enjoyed the company of the families gathering at the pool to go to the beach.

Cute & quaint- met our needs but not luxury-

Quaint spot, great location in proximity to beach and shops, restaurants. Felt price was slightly high given the condition of the couches and the fact that beds & pillows were basic- would have expected a bit more luxurious accommodations at this price point. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the condo (very dusty behind beds and living room furniture, dirty sheets on the pull out sofa) but they came the next day and cleaned. All in all we would stay here was great and we would most likely stay here again.

Fourth of July Beach Getaway

My husband and our three kids stayed in the property during the 4th of July week. The location is perfect. Right on the corner after you come over the bridge. Within walking distance to ice cream and several good restaurants. I highly recommend Acme. The condo is right across from the beach and a park. What I will say is the beach on the public side where the park is was very crowded and dirty. People smoking everywhere and throwing butts in the sand and water. We learned after the first day to go to the private side (keycode is provided). The beach was much better and had a perfect tide pool around lunch time for our 2 year old. The only negative to the location is the lack of the ocean view. Additionally it is on the 1st floor so we heard the kids above us running around and jumping into the wee hours of the night. Can't complain to much about that though because that could have been our kids doing the same thing. Also, it is right beside the pool so you can expect to hear noise from there as well, but again nothing that would make me not want to stay here again. The condo is tastefully decorated and everything we needed was supplied. The fireworks were shot off the private pier right across the street from the condo. We had the best view and I can honestly say they were the best fireworks I have every seen. My kids loved them. One last thing to know ahead of time is that the laundry is across the street at the sister condos. Each wash is $2.00 and the dryer is the same. They do not have a change machine so if you want to do laundry make sure to have plenty of quarters.

The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.
