This updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa is conveniently located in the heart of the East Beach on Kiawah Island. Night Heron Park, The East Beach Market, The Spa and Shops at The Sanctuary are all just a short 5 minute walk from the front door. The beach is right out your back door.

This stunning corner villa sits amidst the palms and oak trees that make Kiawah Island unique. With it's second floor location, one gets the feeling of being in a secluded tree house. Partial ocean views bring in the sites and sounds of the shoreline. A beach boardwalk leads directly from the building to 10 miles of the white sandy beach.

Designed for a carefree vacation, this one bedroom villa features an open concept floor plan, custom tile floors, and comfortable seating in rich hues. Soaring ceilings with oversized windows welcome natural light. Entertaining is easy with a dining table seating six and an updated kitchen. The restful master bedroom offers a king size bed, beautiful ocean views, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and attached bathroom.

For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer, sofa bed and Wi-Fi. For easy access, the building has an elevator.

Please note this villa does not have access to the Kiawah Island swimming pools.

nice space, wonderful community

Everything was perfect, well almost.

Bed was hard if you like it that way. A'c was not getting cold enough, but management tried to stay on top of it. Service repair guy was professional and a good rep for the management.

Everything went very smoothly

The ocean view from the deck and living room was better than we expected! The bedroom view was the best. The property is closer to the beach than the pictures showed. If you take the elevator down and go out the back, you are only steps away from Boardwalk Number 19 and the nice wide beach. We loved relaxing on the cozy private deck in the evening watching the waves. We even saw three deer cross the path to the ocean as we watched one evening. Nice place!

Beautiful view from bedroom- waking to sunrise everyday was wonderful! Bed was very comfy! Beach was spectacular. Bathroom floors and counters weren't as clean as I like. You should provide facial tissues and directions for tv. We never figured out how to work living room smart tv. We were looking forward to a movie and wine after a long busy day.

Nothing but pleasant experiences

It was a great place to stay. Would certainly be interested in doing it again. This was our honeymoon though so we splurged a little more than normal on accommodations. Enjoyed the incredible views from the balcony and especially out the bedroom window. Also, the keypad on the door because that kept us from having to keep up with keys throughout the week. -WALT C. With more than 10,000 natural wooded acres and 10 miles of pristine beaches, Kiawah is an island to be explored. And explore you will. Kiawah boasts five championships golf courses. Of course, the crown jewel is the famed Ocean Course. Known for it’s unrelenting play, the course was site of the 1991 Ryder Cup, the 2007 Senior PGA Championship and site of the 2012 PGA Championship. If golf isn’t your game, Kiawah was recently ranked #1 by Tennis Magazine in its list of the “Greatest US Tennis Resorts.” There are several different restaurants that Kiawah has to offer, as well. The Bohicket Marina is nearby where you can rent boats, fishing charters, boat charters, kayak rentals, etc. Freshfields Village contains your local grocery store and many shops and restaurants.
