Natural light and lagoon views welcome you into this comfortable second floor one bedroom villa. The open living area makes the most of the setting. Design features include vaulted ceilings and large windows. Sliding glass doors invite you onto the large screened-in porch to relax in rocking chairs while enjoying beautiful Kiawah nature.

The completely equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Sleeping is comfortable with a king size bed in the separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer plus WiFi.

Mariner's Watch Villas are located in Kiawah's East Beach, just across the street from Night Heron Park with basketball courts, a soccer field, playground, and Nature Center. The East Beach Tennis Facility is a short distance away as well as the Market at Town Center where you can get a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee.

Kiawah Island is known for its natural beauty and extensive wildlife. It offers a multitude of family activities; riding bikes on the miles of bike paths, kayaking with dolphins on the river, crabbing and fishing from the dock, walking along the ten mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life. Of course, don't forget the 5 award winning golf courses.

What makes this villa unique

Our villa has lots of windows and a screened porch overlooking a lagoon. We love to have our morning coffee while watching for alligators and herons! The beach access is 200 yards away--an EASY walk with kids. The Night Heron Park is also an easy walk (even for our 3 year old). We also love to go for ice cream just a 5 minute drive away at the straw market.

Adorable one bedroom villa. Close to beach and with a nice lagoon view from the screened porch. This place was perfect for our family of four. Will definitely return.

Kiawah Island One of the most legendary barrier islands along the Southeast, Kiawah Island has long been the standard in private island luxury. With more than 10,000 natural wooded acres and 10 miles of pristine beaches, Kiawah is an island to be explored. And explore you will. Kiawah boasts five championships golf courses. Of course, the crown jewel is the famed Ocean Course. Known for it’s unrelenting play, the course was site of the 1991 Ryder Cup, the 2007 Senior PGA Championship and site of the 2012 PGA Championship. If golf isn’t your game, Kiawah was recently ranked #1 by Tennis Magazine in its list of the “Greatest US Tennis Resorts.” There are several different restaurants that Kiawah has to offer, as well. The Bohicket Marina is nearby where you can rent boats, fishing charters, boat charters, kayak rentals, etc. Freshfields Village contains your local grocery store and many shops and restaurants.
