You'll love this bright, spacious and modern apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just remodeled and all of the appliances are brand new! There is a small private balcony off of the master, and a bigger balcony off of the living room. Blocks from the Venice Boardwalk, Abbot Kinney and the restaurants and nightlife of Windward Ave in the heart of Venice Beach!

You'll enter into the front door and turn right to the kitchen. The space is large and all the appliances are new, stainless steel, and high quality. The open plan leads to the dining room with a table for 6, and then to the living room, where you'll find a large, comfy, sectional couch, and a 55 inch TV with both cable + Roku streaming. There is a patio off the living room.

There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is larger and spacious with a small patio overlooking Market St.

In the garage, you'll have 2 tandem parking spaces (one behind the other).

This address has a walk Score of 94 out of 100. This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.

Clean, Nice, Had Everything We Needed

Very easy access to get in and the place was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. A simple stay with a fantastic location. Spent a lot of time at the beach and downtown on Main Street.

Amazing Location- Host was Friendly and Helpful

Justin was an extremely friendly and helpful host, assisting on the front end, ready to answer questions right away, with prompt responses. He had great suggestions for the area and where to get bikes! The location was amazing and the property was large, spacious, and open. Wifi was great. It was pretty clean as well.

DOUBLE BOOKED PROPERTY! FAMILY LEFT STRANDED!

We planned a family vacation 4 months in advance. This trip was to celebrate the recent arrival of our son and mark the end of my maternity leave. We drove 6 hours with my 3 month old, 4 yr niece, and 11 month old nephew. Once arriving to our rental property we found another family inside. We called Justin/Jennifer (property mgmt) 3 times before receiving a call back. They confirmed they double booked the property and referred us to another house that was 30 min away from the beach. Once we arrived to this new rental property we found another family inside the rental.

Once again we called Jennifer back and informed her of the family inside this rental. She informed us that she did not have anymore properties available so we would have to figure out somewhere else to stay. By this time it is 9 pm with 3 children, 6 adults and no where to stay. Jennifer was not willing to help us with our problems and didn't not take responsiblity for this double booking.

Both property managers Justin/Jennifer refused to answer our phones calls to aid my family in a rental placement. We had to react out to VRBO directly before Justin would call us back.

We will NEVER RENT from these property managers again. They tried to over charge us for a problem they caused, were not concerned with the double booking problem they caused and they RUINED our family vacation.

VRBO should revoke these property managers from renting out properties. Justin/Jennifer lack professionalism, eagerness to solve problems and are not fit to manage properties.

Clean comfortable property in great location

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised with smooth check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean with nice comfortable beds. The kitchen is nice and modern with great dishes/tools/utensils (often lacking in rentals). There is a new appearing washer dryer and a very reliable wifi connection. There is a secure garage with two back to back spaces for use that was great. We had a friend come visit who could park off street and we all walked out to dinner and the beach. It is really easy to walk to Venice beach or Abott-Kinney. It was quiet at night.

Some minor things to point out. We did find a sliding door off to a balcony that was broken and reached out during the visit but got no response. There is no furniture on the back deck at all, so nowhere to sit outside. Despite the otherwise lovely modern kitchen, there is no toaster -- but only an older toaster oven. The cable TV/Roku could use some written instructions--but we puzzled through it. There are not any dressers or drawers to unpack into in the bedrooms.

But all in all, we would highly recommend this property and happily return ourselves on a future visit. Thanks Justin.

Excellent Accomodation

Great location, midway between Abbot Kinney and the beach--just a few blocks to each. Apartment well laid out, quiet, spacious, clean, functional, uncluttered. Garage parking a big advantage in this crowded neighborhood. Minor problems corrected quickly by managing firm. Would rent again.

Beautiful Apartment

I had a great time with my family spending 2 nights here in Venice. We all had a great time and plus the cooking ware is great! Rooms were clean and overall I will definitely come and stay here again!
