Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores community on the Florida Gulf Coast. The quiet beach is only a few steps away from the unit and no need to cross Gulf Boulevard.

Enjoy sitting on the beach front balcony any time of day, especially to catch the beautiful sunset. The living room, dining area, kitchen and both bedrooms all enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico in this corner unit (1,150 square feet).

The unit includes all you need for your memorable vacation including beach towels, beach chairs, beach buggy, beach umbrella, sand toys, coolers, and a beach table. All furniture in the condo is brand new including twin over full bunk beds in the second bedroom along with a twin day bed, queen bed in the master, 48" flat screen TV, free WiFi, leather living room furniture and so much more. The unit includes a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The condo complex includes a heated outdoor pool, public sitting area, conveniently located restrooms near beach, and shower on beach. As part of renting the unit, you will have one reserved parking spot.

This vacation unit is central to the Gulf Coast beaches of the area. There are many restaurant/bars within 2 miles including the Pub, Mickey Quinn's, and the Salt Rock Grill as well as some fine-dining hot spots. Also, John's Pass and Clearwater Beach are only a short drive or trip on the Jolly Trolley. The public Indian Shores boat ramp in directly across the street.

For those flying in, Tampa International Airport and Clearwater-St. Pete Airport are only a short drive away. For those that want to drive a little further, Busch Gardens, Lego Land, Disney World, and Universal Studios are also within driving distance.

Paradise from beginning to end!

This was our first extended vacation after spending 1 week last year at a hotel in Dunedin, Florida. We found we loved the area and wanted to come back to this area for an extended time to explore more. We've used VRBO before and were very comfortable that this was the best way to go. We started our search in early summer, 2017 and found Steve and Tara's condo in Indian Rocks Beach.

We were NOT Disappointed! The location was PERFECT and the amenities were more than adequate. There were maps, brochures and menu's from area restaurants and attractions, and we added more to the book for future guests.

We found a small golf course called Largo Golf Course and loved it. It's got 18 holes, is not expensive, very well maintained, and the perfect size for us. Also has a bar and restaurant - if you golf, you must check this place out.

The weather was pretty cool for Florida this time of year when we were there - below the average of 70 degrees, but we always found something to do, and even if it was cool on the beach, if the sun was out, it was plenty warm on the balcony.

We spent so much time on the balcony, it was amazing.

Steve & Tara were always available for any questions we might have - if I'd text them, I would hear back almost immediately. Everything in the kitchen was perfect for making meals, creating perfect cocktails (blender, glasses, ice maker, and more ice in the freezer), the stove and oven worked great, and the fridge and freezer were plenty big for our daily stops at Winn Dixie.

We walked the beach every day and you could literally walk for miles and miles with nothing in the way. Shelling was amazing and I found many treasures on the sand.

The Sunsets are absolutely stunning - I have enough sunset pictures to last me a very long time - I think I took over 500 pictures.

The Condo community was also amazing. The party room was right across the hall from us on the 4th floor, and the winter residents invited us to a party our first night there, and to the Ladies Tuesday night Bingo, Mens Wednesday night poker, and Thursday Mixed Texas Holdum night. They also have exercise at the pool a couple of mornings a week, and we witnessed many a bocce ball game on the beach.

I highly recommend this property. Everything about it as perfect, from Beginning to End - Paradise.

No regrets!

Beginning the vacation with a 4th of July holiday and ending on a tropical storm, this condo met our needs and then some! The property itself was well-maintained and the condo was clean and inviting. Took very little time in transitioning to home life. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and yet not overwhelmed with crowd noise. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony or the beach. Extra beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were appreciated! Made many memories!

This was an outstanding experience in every way. Property was beautiful with all the emenities you could ever want. Being a "guest" of Steve & Tara was wonderful. They were the most attentive hosts. We would go back again in a heart beat!! Communication between us & Steve was Aplus!

Oceanfront at its best!

Lovely condo, all the amenities of home PLUS the spectacular views of the Gulf while sitting on the deck. Location is perfect too - close to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The owners made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and it was! Have booked again for next year!

The condo provides the most amazing views of the sunset every night and the sounds of the waves rolling along the beach. We do not use it all the time, so we want to provide this amazing experience to all.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is a corner unit, which affords beach views from every room (except the bathrooms) in the condo. It is also larger than most of the units in the complex. The washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient.

The unit is located directly on The Gulf of Mexico, so you can sit on the deck and watch the waves or the dolphins. Great for families or couples alike. If you rather have the sand between your toes, the condo complex has direct access to the beach with convenient restrooms and shows to wash away the sand at the end of the day. There are great restaurants, leisure activities, and beaches just steps away. Within 2 miles there are great bars/restaurants such as The Pub and the Salt Rock Grill, where you can enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. John's Pass, which includes more restaurants and shops, is only 5 miles away. The Indian Shores public boat ramp is across the street from the unit for those boaters. For those that enjoy miniature golf, Pirate's Cove Golf Course is only a short distance down the road. For those that enjoy wildlife, the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is less than a mile from the unit. The unit is by a Jolly Trolly stop, so keep the car parked in your reserved spot and let someone else do the driving. For those that want to adventure out, Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland are a car ride away.
