Homey, clean (no bugs), quiet. Just what we needed. Has about everything you might forget. Perfect for us.

What was good?
Property is located in the a nice and green neighborhood in kaibab forest. Close proximity to grand canyon south rim, which is about an hour away.
What was bad?
We found a bed bug on a chair in the front porch and had to be really careful then onwards especially sitting on the couch or any of the cushioned chairs. Owner claimed it was a beetle, but we were pretty sure it was a bed bug. Also, there were cobwebs all over the house and seemed it was poorly maintained.
The home was far enough away from the city so you could enjoy the beautiful night skies and still close enough to visit downtown flagstaff and go snowboarding in Snowbowl. This home was about an hour away from Grand Canyon and 20 minutes from Bearizona. The home was cozy and warm but could use a new bed in the room adjacent to the kitchen. It was not in good shape for sleeping and is only for one small person or small children. The owner was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process.
This was a cute little cabin in a quiet neighborhood in a small town. It is decorated really old fashioned which gave it a homey feel like being at grandma's house. The fenced area for dogs is good, but it is not attached to an outside door to let them out. There is a TV, but it is old and kinda small. There isn't cable so you must bring DVDs to watch on the player. There also is no Wifi there. There are books and games, but they are all really old ones. The bed mattresses weren't the most comfortable and sunk in the middle. You have to be extra careful of your water usage because it is brought in by truck. Overall the cabin was OK and mostly clean. What we liked the most is that we were able to bring our pets with us and not pay an extra deposit for them. Also the location was perfect for what we were there for because it was close to both Williams and Flagstaff.
