2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo, view of the canal and pool, close to the beach

This condo overlooks the canal which has direct ocean access. Sit on the screened patio and watch the dolphin and tarpon play in the canal. The heated pool is just down the stairs. Walk to the beach two blocks away or park in the the lot across the street from the beach entrance. The condo is well equiped and recently remodeled. New linens and towels troughout. King bed in the master and Queen in the guest bedroom. TVs in both bedrooms and large new TV in living room. Small building with only 14 units. Walk up the stairs to the front door or take the elevator. Under the building parking.

About Shelley Hertz

We just purchase this condo and are very excited about spending the winters and renting part of the season. Many things have been replaced with new such as bedding and towels and also flooring. This condo is not in Florentine villa but across the street in Pelican Perch. VRBO does not list every villa so you have to pick the closest location. Please call with any questions.

This rental exceeded my expectations. It was so clean and comfortable. The complex was convenient, quiet and safe. The unit was soo clean and spacious. The owner was very accessible and the instructions pertaining to the unit and the community were very accurate. I have booked accommodations that that the reviews were by no means honest, one being for my son's college graduation this year which turned out to be a disaster. I promise thanks to Shelley and her beautiful home, I have regained hope in vrbo. If not for her honesty and allowing us to rent her beautiful home, I could have been permanently jaded. She offered and moreover followed through for a wonderful experience! The unit was spacious pretty comfortable beds, and larger living area then anticipated. Easy access to the pool and the beach and public boat launch. Great restaurants and fun shopping, best nail salon and so much.😊 more. Hate to share this review, I would have liked to keep it as my best kept secret, but when things go this well we should share.

Marco Island area is a great place for a beach vacation. There are many great restaurants and shops. Fishing and beachcoming are minutes away. There is a great variety of wildlife. Beautiful sunsets on the beach are a must. There is a weekly farmers market and art shows throughout the winter months.
