Enjoy your get away to Glacier, Washington tucked in the foothills of the Mount Baker National forest. Access hiking and mountain biking trails from your front door. Closest town to the Mount Baker Ski area for winter fun access.

The kitchen is brand new with stainless appliances. It is bright and cheerful and provides a great place to entertain and make wonderful meals after a full day in the mountains or by the river. If you prefer to do some barbecuing there is a gas barbecue provided as well.

There is one master bedroom which has a brand new king sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Quality linens provided. With an electric "fireplace" heater, the master bedroom is cozy and relaxing.

The level graveled driveway accommodates a smaller sized RV and water and power hook-up is available as well.

I hope that you will be very comfortable here and return to stay with us again!

Beautiful and clean and cozy cabin! Thanks, Kristy!

Everything was great! I would recommend writing the wifi password out on a piece of paper on the counter so the rules of the house can be accessed easily -- or printing out the rules in hard copy. Also, sending directions beforehand will be helpful as google maps gets confused by the different roads within the compound. I think a sign that says Crystal something on in is a good landmark to tell people. Thanks so much, everything else was perfect.

cute little cabin

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our weekend here. The cabin is very tidy and has most things you need. The pantry isn't stocked, so if you want to cook yourself you will need to bring oil, vinegar, coffee, etc.

The fireplace is fantastic, and lots of wood is available. WiFi works very well.

Beautiful home, perfect stay

  • 4 of 5

This home is beautiful both inside and out. It is very clean and well taken care of. The loft was cozy and warm. The bed was comfy and for me that is a compliment as I am a total princess and the pea sleeper! The "fold out" sofa on the main level, wasn't a true sofa bed. It was awkward putting American size sheets on (it is from IKEA) and so the person who slept there didn't get as good as a night's sleep. I recommend bringing a sleeping bag for whoever has to sleep there. Everything was nicely stocked. The owner was very kind to leave flashlights and candles for us when the threat of a power outage was upon us. Our friends who stayed in other cabins did not have such courtesy from their owners. My only issue with the property was the lack of window coverings. It would be nice if there were window coverings in the loft as the only place to get dressed with out a window exposing you to the neighbors was in the bathroom. That is very difficult to do when you have three people trying to get ready for snowboarding. I would definitely stay here again if we have an opportunity to go to Mount Baker again in the future.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback Jill! I think that a screen in the loft would help with adding more privacy to the upstairs loft. The sleeper sofa in the living room is a little tricky. Using the mattress pad that is supplied makes a huge difference in the comfort of the sleeper sofa. The sheets really need to be squished into the corners and then they stay in place nicely. I hope that you had a great stay and return again in the future.

Fantastic!

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly what I was hoping it would be! The cabin was so clean and cozy. Although the cabin is in a neighborhood it is very private and quiet. The owner went out of her way to ensure that we were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. Great Value! Great Vacation!

Most relaxed we've been in a while!

  • 5 of 5

The perfect getaway for two people. We came up to ski and relax and got more than we bargained for. Thankful for this beautiful cabin that afforded us a relaxing few days out of the busy city. Highly recommend!
