2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo. Great location near siesta and downtown. We live 1 mile from this property and have for 18 years. ( best Sarasota location). Ceramic tile in living areas and deep pile carpet in bedroom. Solid wood cabinets, granite counters , and stainless appliances.

The condo is 1150 square ft and has a dining room and breakfast nook. It has cable TV in family room and master. Wi-Fi throughout.

The area is known as West of the trail and it is one of the most prestigious addresses in Sarasota. The condo is conveniently locatied near Siesta Key without having to deal with the Siesta Key traffic if you are not going there is a big plus. Downtown is minutes away and just 10 minutes to St Armands Circle. Southgate Mall is less than a mile away.

The master has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom is a full mattress with a queen sleeper sofa in living room. All furnishings are new and condo was just freshened up when we purchased in summer 2015.

There is a screened lanai and an outdoor private area just for this condo.

Clean, Comfortable Condo Close To Siesta Key

Ground floor unit in a small condominium complex has neighbor above on 2nd floor - no problems, relatively quiet, even with one small child. This available unit is furnished nicely. Very comfortable leather three seat sofa and two seat sofa in living room. Comfortable beds in each of the two bedrooms. Two bathrooms clean and roomy. Large, screened patio with clean table and chairs. Large, private outdoor patio close to the assigned parking space.

Modern kitchen table and dining table, each with four chairs; also, two revolving cushion stools by kitchen half-wall. Modern utensils and kitchen ware all in good condition. Mikasa dinnerware with matching cups. Good selection of other mugs and glasses. Circulon pots in good condition. Even has a slow cooker (didn't use it).

Walking distance to Siesta Key bridge. Close to a first-class cinema, Trader Joe's, and Walt's Seafood Restaurant. South Poinsetta is a nice neighborhood to walk around.

Entrance door to unit is close to water hose. You can wash your car. So do some neighbors wash theirs. Community laundry room has three washers ($1.75) and four dryers ($1.25). Complex has a pool. Also has a locked fitness room - no key provided. I believe the fitness room is not available for a short-term renter.

All as mentioned in listing. Location is great. George, our host, was very helpful and prompt in any situation. The condo is clean, nicely appointed and the beds very comfortable. Coin laundry on premises which has Year round residents as well. Grounds could use a spruce-up. Great walking in nearby neighborhoods.

Clean, well equipped rental with great location!

Our month long stay at the condo was just perfect for our family of 4. It was well equipped with everything that we needed and the location was the best. Super close to downtown, siesta beach and all the places we wanted to go.

I cooked in on many nights and was pleasantly surprised to find all the pots, pans, cutting boards, sharp knives, etc that I needed to make a meal.

Overall, we had a great experience and I would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a clean, well equipped rental with a fabulous location!

Comfortabe and convenient condo.

This home was very comfortable, clean, newly renovated and met our needs. The owners were most helpful and tried to supply anything that we were lacking. The location is superb, minutes from the beach, from the center of town close to everything you need grocery stores, banks, fuel stations, pharmacies, cleaners, restaurants, a mall and more within walking distance. A great place to stay and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

The condo is located in the West of the Trail area. A prestigious residential area that is minutes to Siesta Key Beach(Voted in top 10 beaches in US). The sand is powder white, making it cool and soft on the feet.The condo is walking distance to restaurants, pubs, grocery shopping, movie theaters, and a shopping mall. The intracoastal waterway is less than 1 mile and it just 2 miles to downtown. A big attraction of this condo is the central convenient location to our beaches, restaurants, shopping, and many cultural activities.
