Chill-out exterior, stylish decor, shaded terrace and resting areas,

The Finca Los Valles enchants with a lovingly designed the outdoor complex with several resting areas and a large covered dining terrace shade. The large pool (5x9 m) is equipped with a slide, this completely fenced and therefore ideal for families with small children. A brick barbecue is rustic barbecue enjoyment. The house has about 170 square meters, sleeps up to 6 people. Two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, another bedroom with a double bed. The latter has the bathroom ensuite, a second bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. The spacious kitchen is furnished in country style and fully equipped including a large dining table. An open archway leads into the cozy living area with flat screen TV and German satellite TV and wireless internet. All rooms are equipped with radiators and thus all year round.

Absolut ruhig und wunderbar gelegen

Zum Objekt: Ordentliche Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Wifi, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, komlette Küchenausstattung, Heizung, Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Stereoanlage, ...

Lage: Am Rande der Tramuntana, ausgezeichneter Startpunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen, schnelle Anfahrt nach Palma (ca. 30 Minuten), Inca (ca. 20 Minuten), Polenca

Schöne idyllische Finca - Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Wir haben wiedermal uneren Urlaub auf der schönen Insel im Mittelmeer verbracht. Wir fanden eine toll gepflegt Finca und mit viel Liebe hergerichteter Außenanlagen vor. Die Fotos versprachen grünen Rasen, blaues Pollwasser und nett eingerichtete Räume. Dies alles war vorhanden!!!

Unter der neu errichteten Ruhe-Oase am Pool lies es sich wunderbar entpannen.

Sogar Schafe liefen um die Finca herum. Die konnten natürlich nicht direkt aufs Grundstück, dieses war mit einem Zaum geschützt. Unsere Kinder waren sehr begeistert.

Zur Begrüßung standen Gebäck, Obst und Wein auf dem Tisch.

In der Küche fehlte es an nichts.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 20 min nach Pollenca zum Strand, auf dem Weg dorthin ist ein Lidl und Eroski.

Wir empfehlen die Finca gerne weiter!!!

Einfach Super!

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht.

Diese Finca ist das I-Tüpfelchen auf Mallorca!

Sehr geschmackvoll, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

Die Aussenanlagen sind super gepflegt.

Der Pool sauber!

Der Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es standen Orangen und 1 Flasche Wein zum Empfang auf dem Küchentisch.

Man ist mit dem Auto schnell an den Stränden und im Gebirge.

Ein Lidl befinddet sich in der Nähe, wo man alles einkaufen kann.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

The finca is absolutely quiet between Campanet and Pollensa in the north of the island and thus in one of the finest and most attractive areas of Mallorca. At the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, recently declared a World Heritage Site and in the prominent neighborhood the house is situated in an idyllic and very quiet surroundings. The rolling hills of the region provide a wonderful setting for relaxing walks, long walks and bike rides. In the nearby village Campanet there are some interesting old buildings, including one of the oldest chapels on the island of 1229th The bubbling springs once a year Ufanes are as spectacular as the nearby cave of Campanet. Pollenca, located on the way to the beach, offers a variety of attractive buildings around the beautiful village square, the Sunday hosts a lively weekly market. Here you finally find also numerous restaurants and shopping at the nearby beaches, a complete tourist infrastructure.
