This home is located near shopping, restaurants, 15 minutes from airport and within walking distance of McAllen's Bicentennial Drive "Hike and Bike" trail.
Living area has leather couch and loveseat each with two comfortable recliners. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, large center island with seating for three and a dining area with counter height table and seating for four. Master bedroom has beautiful queen bed, recliner for relaxing in front of the large television, large walk in closet and private master bath with granite countertop and large glass and tile shower. Second bedroom is furnished with queen bed, seating, large closet and television. Third bedroom also has a queen bed, seating, desk and large closet. Hall bath is beautifully appointed with granite countertop and tub/shower combination. Laundry room is equipped with washer/dryer for your convenience. Home has beautiful plank style, porcelain tile floors throughout, new windows, new plumbing and central HVAC. Exterior of home has mature trees and covered patio in the back of home features seating for four and BBQ pit. Carport accommodates two vehicles.

My husband, Robert, and I are General Contractors and own a home remodeling company. We specialize in kitchens and baths and I get to do the decorating. We've been in business here in the Valley area for 14 years. It's very rewarding as you can see a project from start to the beautiful end!
Robert and I have been married 28 years and we are both valley natives as are our parents. We love the beach and any down where you'll find us. South Padre Island has awesome restaurants, boating, fishing and socializing!

This area of mid-town McAllen is an older, well established neighborhood and is highly coveted because of the excellent school district, (Milam Elementary, Morris Middle School and McAllen High School) mature trees, quiet neighborhood. This home was built in the 60's and after we acquired it we did a total remodel.
My husband and I booked this home for ten days with our dog. My husband works and so I needed a home with a yard where I could be happy and comfortable. First off Kim, the owner, is an interior decorator-- the home is so beautiful. Wood floors, granite counters, an immaculate master bath, and the most comfortable beds and sheets. I like to cook and I was impressed with the quality of pots, pans, and knives that she had in the home. The back yard is also great, Monte our dog loved it! It was only my second time to the Valley and so I was taken back by how much wildlife there is: tons of lizards, birds and squirrels. The neighborhood is a gem. I felt very safe jogging in the neighborhood before dawn and around dusk. The McAllen Hike and Bike path is very close as well. The home is near one of, if not the best elementary schools in McAllen so that has an affect on the neighborhood community. In regards to the owner, she is great. There was a time when some bad weather was coming through and she called us to to let us know. She also provided an emergency kit in case the electricity were to go out. Kim has made a packet suggesting great restaurants and things to do in the area-she is very thoughtful. I highly recommend this property.
My family (4 adults, 2 children) enjoyed this home immensely. This home is well appointed with everything you will need while away from home. The home is beautifully decorated. The outdoor area is a nice treat for those warm South Texas evenings. Kim, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to my questions very quickly. We would stay here again without hesitation.
For long term Tennant like myself I would suggest getting a better TV package. That is my only complaint, everything else was great!

The home was clean and comfy and just as described.The location was perfect as we found everything we needed..extra blankets and sheets were all there and plenty of towels.wifi worked good as did cable tv..Washer and drier provided. Beautiful kitchen with all upgrades ,Beautifu granite counters and island. Living area open not to big or small..Nice patio with bbq pi tALL you need to bring is your food.The property is well maintained,The property manager was very helpful.Overall I would recommend this vacation rental.
