This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home features a split floor plan with a heated (optional) saltwater pool with waterfall. Pool faces the east, receives sun most of the day. Pool has 2 underwater benches to sit and enjoy some drinks and watch the kids play. Pool fence available upon request. Family Room has large leather sectional with electric reclining chairs with sliding glass doors that open up to paver lanai and swimming pool. 6 person table and lounge chairs plus tv on the patio.

This home features a 2 car garage with additional parking in the driveway. Brand new flooring throughout the entire house. Gorgeous tile that looks like wood throughout main living areas. This home is beautifully decorated and well cared for.

Briarwood is located just minutes from 5th Ave. South with easy access to I-75.

Hello! Our Briarwood Home has been our main home for the past 18 years. My wife and I are originally from PA. We have lived on Marco Island for about 20 years before making the move to Naples. I am a retired Captain of the Marco Island Fire Department and have twin daughters. I am excited to share our family home so others can create lasting memories with their own families. My wife is currently working in Real Estate and you can typically find me on a lake somewhere in Florida bass fishing. I also work on Fort Myers Beach to help pay for my fishing expenses! My wife, Tina and I with our daughter Jennifer reside in Naples. Jessica, my other daughter lives in North Carolina. Jennifer manages this listing. Our twins being true Naples Floridians, have an upper hand to help make your vacation the best possible. We value each and every family renting our home.

My family and I chose this property 18 years ago for many reasons. My wife and I wanted to close to Restaurants and Entertainment. Our girls were 16 when we moved to Naples and spent most of their free time with friends at the beach. Either during the day or meeting up with friends to enjoy the Sunset on the Naples Pier. Briarwood is truly one of the most convenient neighborhoods in Naples. We love that the community is gated with an actual person. No more punching in codes and trying to call to gain access to home. I-75 is so close to jump on the interstate and head to Marco Island, shop one of the famous outlet malls or catch a hockey game/concert at Germain Arena. Living in our home for the past 18 years we chose to update all the flooring, new A/C, water heater and new pool heater. All linens are brand new. Kitchen appliances have also been updated.

Great vacation home!

The house is decorated tastefully and the open floor plan looking out to the salt water pool is most enjoyable. The house had all the amenities to make our vacation very comfortable. The Briarwood community is beautiful. We felt safe and welcomed by the community.

Everything We Expected!

My family and I spent a few days short of 2 weeks in Naples in February and thoroughly enjoyed the home. The house was spacious with the right amount of room for my family of four and my mother who joined us on the trip. The way the house opened up to the pool made it great for entertaining my wife's family while we were in town. It was nice to have the pool to entertain the kids. The house is very clean and the transaction was easy. A great place to stay in Naples.

Great Home For a Family Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this very attractive and well placed house in a very nice neighborhood. I chose the title to have "Family" in it because there were so many provisions a family could use provided in this house. The location was good because we could be anywhere we needed to be in less than twenty minutes without being in the middle of all the tourist rush. We LOVED sitting on the patio in the mornings, watching the sun come up and reflecting colors in the lake beyond the screened inclosure. The only reason I didn't give this property a fifth star is because of the poor lighting around the couch and beside the master bedroom bed. This is true in almost ALL the rental houses, and hotels, we stay in and I bring it to the attention of all the managers. Jennifer, the manager for this house, has assured me she will look into the matter. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again!

Exceptional

The neighborhood is clean and safe inside this gated community. The home we exceptional - all the attention to detail was wonderful. We never wanted for anything. Prior to arriving we inquired about a keurig machine and within a day - the machine was provided.

The master bedroom was hard to leave - between the comfy bed and the wonderful poolside view. The floor plan of this home is wonderful for a family that enjoys entertaining.

There really aren't any shortcomings with this rental.

Enjoyed tremendously by our entire family. You can tell the owners love their home, which is evident in the quality of decor and attention to detail. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay in Naples memorable!

Absolutely one of our best vacations ever!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and so well presented you do not want for anything and the neighbourhood is so nice and quiet. Jessica is so helpful and very responsive to any questions you may have
