About this property

Coastal Farmhouse - Walk to Harbor & Village. Boat Mooring Included.

Nestled on 3 acres on a dead end lane and in walking distance to Bucks Harbor, the yacht club, and access to the world famous Eggemoggin Reach sailing lane, our 4 BR farmhouse offers serenity with plenty of room, much privacy, and a boat mooring.

Our property also features a large two hundred year old timber frame barn, an outdoor fire pit, picnic table, vegetable garden, and is just 12 minutes to Blue Hill and just an hour to Bangor International Airport and Acadia National Park. Walk to the farmer's market in our village on Tuesday morning for fresh baked bread and vegetables, or take the kids down to the dock to do some mackerel fishing. Brooksville is as laid back as it gets but with much to do.

About the host

Host profile image
An entrepreneur and outdoor enthusiast I have overseen and been involved hands on with the restoration of our 1800's farmhouse.

Why they chose this property

When I purchased this property it was a gem in the private, yet very close to everything. We added an addition 10 years ago by converting the attached barn into a separate suite/living area and that dramatically expanded the house, yet the from the outside it is still all the original architecture.

What makes this property unique

Walk to the village, yacht club, dock, market, restaurant and farmers market on Tuesdays.
Centrally located to all sorts of activities and other towns. Less than an hour to Acadia National Park and Bangor airport
