Kenneth - Dec 2016
Great host and great location. Our stay was perfect. Just a couple of blocks from downtown shops and restaurants. Minutes to the beach. Very spacious bedrooms. Jason was very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again any time I come back to Lake Worth.
Kesia - Dec 2016
Wow! Is exactly right. From the moment walking in we felt at home. The home is cozy and was very clean. We really enjoyed being there. Jason is an amazing host, he was there in an instant when we couldn't figure out the TV. I will definitely be staying with them again. Thank you Jason for everything! I'm already missing being there.
Michael - Dec 2016
Jason was a great host and extremely responsive to all queries beyond what you would normally expect. The flat is very spacious and perfect for a family. We were travelling with a 16 months old and the flat had a baby cot, stair gates and even security power plugs - very thoughtful. Everything was very clean and the apartment was well equipped - especially the kitchen. We totally enjoyed our first air bnb experience.
Murat - Nov 2016
Beautiful place. Loved the location as well. Everything was ready as we needed it. Would definitely recommend. Jason was extra helpful.
Eduardo - Oct 2016
Very comfortable and welcoming space. The environment is clean, well equipped and Jason is a friendly courteous host.

Amazing everything was perfect
Michelle July 2016:
I was a last minute business traveler in need of a 30 day stay. Jason was over seas and still did not miss a beat with all of my outlandish requests due to it being a corporate booking. I arrived and settled in pretty quickly. While onsite a family member came to visit realizing it was her childhood home. That instantly made the stay more enjoyable. After week two I was hoping my job would ask me to stay another month. I started a routine of walking to the inter-coastal daily and got to know all of the local people on my walks. The house dead ends into starbucks, ice cream and shopping! When I was told I needed to stay another month, I was actually ecstatic. (my husband not so much lol) During my second 30 days I had some major life events happen. My children came from across the state to congregate for a time in the apartment. It was so welcoming, more than enough space for my 3 sons and certainly allowed me my soul to heal while there. We all now refer to the apartment as our little New York Flat. NY is our favorite spot, and this apartment makes you feel like you are walking straight into it. While packing up to leave after my two months, I have to admit I sat in the middle of the floor and cried. I did not want to leave. I have officially fallen in love with Lake Worth AND the residents on the Street and can not WAIT to make my way back to the property. I had read others responses prior and...I heard the train maybe twice. There was more than enough in the kitchen for kids, and I added more items for cookers like me :) Once stateside, Jason and Richard were lovely, really cared and were always right around if needed. I saw them weekly in and out of the other unit they owned on the street. Beautiful People. And an unforgettable experience.
What Michelle loved about your listing:
The New York atmosphere was very inviting to me. The ad said 900SF but I was in shock with how VERY LARGE it was. As I stated I had 3 college kids in there for a weekend with girlfriends in tow. There was more than enough space. We played games and had a total blast in the neighborhood
What Michelle thought you could improve about the experience:
I cant think of an area of improvement. They do a fantastic job with their units. I actually just contacted them to see if they have any in my next area I have to travel to!
Claude March 2016:
Jason was very attentive to every request we made. Communications were fast, pleasant and easy. The apartment had everything we needed and as advertised. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery and pharmacy were nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. Thanks again Jason! Claude
Stacey March 2016:
House was perfect! Each bedroom had fresh towels (and a beach towel) laid out and the unit was extremely clean inside. I was traveling with only a carry-on while in town for a Tony Robbins conference, so it was nice that they provided a hair dryer, shampoo/body wash, etc. to lighten my load! They also left fresh fruit and some snacks there for us to help ourselves to when we arrived and were so friendly/hospitable throughout our stay. Jason checked in with me to make sure we made it into the unit ok and also kind enough to let us check out 45 minutes late...They provided a binder full of information on local attractions/restaurants, directions, important phone numbers as well as the wifi details.

We had a great time in Lake Worth. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pictures really don't do justice. It's even larger than the pictures show. I can recommend a stay here to anyone. The apartment is close to everything, shops, downtown, beach.
Jason is a great host. Wish we could have stayed longer. There is much to be discovered there.
Jason is a lovely host and the apartment is surprisingly larger than the photos indicated. Communication with Jason was easy, he's super responsive. Although we arrived late we had no trouble finding or getting into the house. Everything was clean and orderly and we were able to park right outside the house every night. Although we didn't get to spend much time in Lake Worth the beaches were very close and it looked like a cool place to visit. I would rent from Jason again.
We enjoyed this comfortable home. It was just what we were needing! Thank you!
I needed a multi bedroom place for 3 nights during the week and found this deal on VRBO. I was with a business partner and we were already headed to the Atlantic coast from Tampa when I booked this, so it was VERY last minute. The owner was very accommodating and even worked with us on price since it was last minute and he had not rented it for those specific nights. That made this a very good bargain over the usual hotel stay in something as basic as 2 rooms at a Motel 6 would have run us something like $80 each a night after taxes. Splitting the cost, this was a better deal for a more comfortable place.
The pros: Besides the cost, the place was the upstairs of an older house in Lake Worth in a nice residential community. It had a good central location to other parts of the coast. Grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, and restaurants were close by. The place had a nice well stocked kitchen, small dining area, a good sized living room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner was always available by phone if there were questions or problems, which there were none. There was wifi and a television with an Apple box setup which worked fine. It was secure with an electronic dead bolt on the door with your own code. The beds were not plush but comfortable. A nice place to come back to after a day of business.
Cons: If you're a light sleeper, you'd be better off in a different place. You hear everything, from a dog barking to workers out in the street, garbage pickup, to the trains from a few blocks away coming thru town with horns blaring. It didn't bother me. I can sleep thru a tornado, but my partner woke up quite often. We did not hear the people downstairs. If they spent some money on improving the windows, that would probably solve this as the windows were a very old louvered kind that let in all sound. Some of the light fixtures were pretty bare bones. Not hazardous but aesthetically a little bare bones: like a light bulb hung from the ceiling with some sort of metal basket around it in one of the bedrooms. Did not make the place uncomfortable, just not quite as nice as it could be. There was a stove/oven, fridge, and coffee maker....all very clean.... but no microwave. In today's world, a lot of people rely on a microwave!
With a few improvements, this would move from a comfortable place, to the next level. Over all, a good bargain for a place to stay for business or exploring. Better than a basic motel.
We enjoyed our stay. Jason our host was a very generous, allowing us to bring our dog.
The unit had it's own private courtyard. The apartment was spacious, clean and close to the Down town area.
We were able to walk to town, parks by the water and the beach.
It was also in close proximity to West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach and other towns with a quick car ride.
All of this made for a relaxing stay.
