Plan a delightful vacation with your family - including your dogs - in this chic Sebring vacation rental. Its screened-in porch, patio, plenty of space in the car port for wheeled toys, and luscious green yard are perfect for some fun in the sun in the Sunshine State.

Perfect for outdoorsy visitors, Sebring is home to great fishing venues and beautiful parks and trails. Its downtown Historic District features 22 architectural gems, some of which date back more than 100 years. The city's two golf courses and its close proximity to major Florida towns like Orlando mean that Sebring caters to all interests.

Park your ATVs, 4x4's, and dirt bikes in the large car ports - this home is close to mudding paradise, trails, and smooth sand for days spent with your favorite motorized toys.

A spacious living room with a couch and two recliners greets guests inside this lovely home. A flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a Playstation adds a modern touch while the overhead fan keeps guests cool as they relax.

Visible from the living room is the full kitchen, which features white cabinetry and black appliances. An uniquely shaped island offers plenty of counter space and extra gathering room. Best of all is that the dishwasher handles all of the cleaning so that travelers can spend more time with their family. Grill out on the porch on the nicest of days.

A comfortable dining table for four sits beside the kitchen and allows guests to look out at the patio and the pool.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home has room enough for 10 people. Elegant and modern, two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with beautiful headboards and luxurious bedding, and the third as a twin bunk bed set, a double bed, and a queen bed. The fans and dressers make guests feel at home. Two twin beds provide extra sleeping space.

Spacious and contemporary, the bathrooms are as stylish as the rest of the house. The master bathroom has a jetted tub for leisure. For guests' added convenience, the home include a private washer and dryer.

For a small nightly fee, guests can bring along up to two dogs (up to 30 pounds each) to join in on the vacation.

Visitors can chill by the screened-in pool for an authentic Florida experience and then head to the historic town of Sebring for some sightseeing or a day at the Sebring International Raceway. Don't forget your own motorized toys for days spent at the local, family-friendly mud parks Like Devils Garden Mud Club or Snowman's Mud Hole. For those who like to hike, the city's trails are great for heart-pumping exercise, or consider a fishing trip, a boat tour, or a horseback ride. After travelers have explored Sebring, they can pack up the car for a short trip to Orlando to one of several world-renowned theme parks.

About Vacasa, FL - Northeast Florida Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Family Stay in Sebring

 • 4 of 5

Our family had a great time at Discovery. We were able to visit family and have a close jumping off point to the things we wanted to do in the area.

Overallclean property with everything as pictured. Checkout was a hassle

 • 4 of 5

Overall good until check out. We paid for late checkout but were harassed about staying after the original checkout time. That was frustrating.

Excellent Choice for Corporate Housing

 • 5 of 5

My company works for varies state agencies across Florida and we rent many properties for our employees. Seldom to they get lucky enough to find we have rented them a home with a private pool. They loved this place and we will make sure we try to reserve it again, should we be back in this area in the future. Spacious, clean a comfortable. Good choice for work or play.

Q School Stay

This is a bit long but I hope beneficial for future guests and the owners.

We were in Sebring for a golf event at Sun N' Lake Golf Club. The house is fine for the most part, I was a little disappointed upon arrival. There is a screen room entry way at the front door, but one of the screen panels is partially loose and attached by Velcro tabs, sort of. When you arrive and the first thing you see is stuff hanging loose it sets up a general impression of what else might I find. One of the panels was missing from the screen room covering the pool. The pool was dirty and murky the entire time, so we did not use it. I admit I can be somewhat OCD, but I booked this in early February and paid the full amount at booking so its not like I was a last minute guest. I just assumed the place would be more ready for guests and that I don't need to clean up on arrival. One of the first things I did was wash the shower curtain (hall bath) as it had mold and mineral stains from the water source and the master tub/shower has a lot of mineral staining in the base of the tub. The thermostat has a NOTE on it stating that if you lower the temp below 74 the pipes freeze, luckily it was relatively mild while we were in the house so not a HUGE issue. The ceiling fans in the great room and master are great, however in the other bedrooms the fans are old and in the back bedroom its very NOISY, so sleeping with this fan on was impossible. We notified the local PM with issues we would like resolved and most were solved by the PM or the owner, not the fan. We had NO water problems as folks early stated.

Opportunities for improvement: 1) Verify that the shower curtains in both baths are CLEAN for each guest 2) Replace ceiling fans in the extra bedroom and the garage/bedroom 3) Get a Keurig pod type coffee maker to replace the existing multi-cup auto drip (it was full of coffee grounds in the filter basket and the pot itself) 4) Make sure the screens are secured and properly placed as to keep the bugs out 5) Make sure the pool is clean and leave a note showing it was cleaned and that the chemistry is in the safe range for use 6) leave an extra key in the house for use while renting (placing that key in the lockbox for multiple folks coming and going is a pain)
