I would stay here again. It was like a home not a house. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like.
I am personally a review reader and that is what I base most of my stays and purchases on. This is a great house if you are looking for a get away to Sebring FL. The pool is nice, gas grill, internet, W&D, and plenty of space for the money.
We stayed at this property in the beginning of July 2016 for a total of 4 days and yes the house is nice, the neighborhood is quiet and calm. Everything on the pictures is accurate. Unfortunately we had to reset the domestic water pump about 6 to 8 times daily. The air conditioning system is outdated its roughly about 20 years or more and will not keep temperature down from 75 in the peak of day. The whole air return needs to up sized to a bigger grill at least a 20x20. Unfortunately these are the things you use the most when being in a house and its uncomfortable to not be comfortable in a house that the temperature climbs up during the day or have to reset a pump that many times during a day. You must have someone with you if you're stuck in the bathroom with no water.
I know this review is late, and hopefully all our concerns have already been taken care of. Basically, the house was fine & the owner addressed most of our concerns promptly. The water was brown & had an odor & we had to buy water for drinking & cooking. Someone did come to service the water system, however he told us he had done all he could with the system the owner had. The beds were quite high & 2 people in our party had to have a step stool to get into the bed due to their height &/or physical limitations. It was too cool to use the pool, however it had not been cleaned for sometime and was never cleaned during our stay of 30 days. These are the major concerns we had, but again the owner was prompt about taking care of things that could be repaired & the house was perfect for 2 couples spending some time in warmer climate.
