A spacious self-catering rental with sea views

The apartment is on the first floor of a small, recently built and exclusive development of apartments. It has a large terrace overlooking the Pollensa bay, beach and marina at the Southern end of the famous Pine Walk, a very attractive pedestrian promenade which runs along the shoreline. The apartment is therefore away from roads and the noise of traffic, and is within walking distance of numerous excellent restaurants, shops and all the facilities of Puerto Pollensa. Whether you just want to work, relax, watch the children play on the beach, which is only 20m away, or participate in watersports, everything is within a short walking distance. This spacious air conditioned apartment is served by a lift, has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen and utility, and is fully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style. The apartment is safe for children and accessible for the disabled. The large balcony offers a balance between views and privacy with some screening from the palms, pine, tamarind and acacia trees on the Pine Walk particularly in the Summer period and later part of the season. It is the ideal rental.

General Information: Puerto Pollensa has a large market every Wednesday where local produce, clothing, souvenirs, etc, can be purchased. The town square with its church is a lively traffic free focus of the local community, and, with its restaurants and bars, is a popular meeting place for the locals and visitors alike. For those who want a hire car, it is very convenient to pick up a car at the airport and return at the end of the rental. There are plenty of free parking spaces in Puerto Pollensa, even in the height of the season, but for those who choose to travel from the airport by taxi (80 euros approx) or bus, there are many hire companies in the town for the occasional day trip to explore the island.

The apartments were built in 2004 on the front line, and the development is part of a group of 14 apartments, 8 of which, including this apartment, face the sea. Whilst the apartment faces the promenade, the marina and beach, it is partly screened by the palms, tamarind and acacia trees, and as a result enjoys views of the bay as well as maintaining its own privacy. The apartment has air-conditioning in every room. The fully equipped kitchen and utility provides for every need, however, the apartment is very easy to manage.

Beautifully appointed property in a great location

This is our second time on the Pine Walk, which is a superb holiday destination. This property is perfect, providing real luxury and space in a perfect location. Superb position looking out over the bay and with the Beach, shops and restaurants within a few paces. No need to hire a car - this took any stress away and allowed us to relax from day 1. This is a real home from home with everything provided and the air conditioning is very efficient, adding to the comfort. Wifi can be a bit slow and intermittent. This was a problem for our teenagers but it is a holiday after all. If I had one negative, it would be the tree which blocks some of the great view.

Spacious and well maintained apartment

We have stayed on the Pine Walk many times, but this was by far the best apartment. It is very spacious and in a great location. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process. On arrival there was a comprehensive welcome pack including all the essentials for our first breakfast. I would definitely recommend this property and will certainly stay there again.

Great apartment in fantastic location

This is a great apartment with everything you need. Three good bedrooms and three nice bathrooms. The flat is very well equipped to a high standard. The terrace gives you all the additional space and great views over pollensa bay, and you can people watch on the pine walk. The lift and location means we were able to take two ageing parents for a great week.

Great apartment is a perfect location

This is the third time we've stayed in Puerto Pollensa and this apartment is by far the best location we've stayed in. It is directly above the famous Iru restaurant by the marina. It is opposite a brilliant beach which now has a little play park on it. We couldn't have asked for more for the children.

The apartment itself is clean and modern with plenty of space. The terrace is a great feature as you can happily sit or lounge and watch the world go by. You don't need a car as everything is so close by.

The only small niggle we had was that we found the mattress in the master bedroom a little springy so my husband and I disturbed each other somewhat during the night. Having said that I recognise that it is entirely personal preference!

Overall a really wonderful apartment in an absolutely perfect spot. Would return again!

Wonderful apartment, modern, spacious and well equipped. The location is fabulous only yards from the sea and the balcony is large with wonderful sea views. The best location in Puerto Pollenca, just above the Iru Restaurant which is very good, as is the Tapas restaurant next door. Breakfast at Ambrosia is also good, and we just love the Cappuccino chain whether in Puerto Pollenca, Palma or Valledmossa the food and service is always good, even if a bit pricey! Already booked for next year and would definitely recommend to friends and other family members.

Family holiday

Fabulous apartment, probably the best location in Puerto Pollenca. Clean, fully equipped, well furnished, good sized rooms and welcome wine, cheese, bread, ham etc went down very well on arrival. Definitely recommend to family and friends. Will be back next year. Thank you.

The Pollensa area is the most attractive part of Mallorca with its amazing coastline, green landscape and pine forests, and, with the new road, is now less than a 45 minute drive from the airport. Puerto Pollensa is the port of the very attractive old historic town of Pollensa which is 3 km inland. Pollensa, is famous for its art, concerts and buildings. Puerto Pollensa, however, has every watersports facility within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Whether you want to waterski, dingy sail, windsurf, kite surf, dive or have an inclination to sail the bigger yachts, they are all here. Walkers are also well provided for, runners have miles of flat promenade to exercise, and both the serious and recreational cyclist can hire their equipment here. Pollensa Golf Club is nearby and, for the addict, there are 19 further golf courses on the island. There is no shortage of places to eat, ranging from bars for a quick snack to high highly acclaimed quality restaurants.
