A three-story townhouse located in the Clermont Yacht Club (immediately adjacent to beautiful Lake Minneola).
The home includes five (5) queen beds and two (2) pull out sofas, all luxuriously appointed. Each bed is in its own room with a shared bath with other guests.
The top floor includes one bed and a pull out sofa in the master suite with another bed in a private room with a kitchenette. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub and two closets (one large enough to use for another mattress if needed and the other locked for owner use). The laundry is located on this floor.
The middle/main floor is comprised of a bedroom, living room with pull out sofa, dining room (table for 6), full bath with a shower, and full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. The kitchen also has counter seating for six (6).
The bottom floor includes two beds, a kitchenette, and full bathroom with shower. The garage is attached to this floor. It also has a separate entrance for convenience.
The home includes wireless internet and one television on the main floor as well as movie and game selections if you find you prefer to stay at home rather than enjoy the outdoors.

I am a local business woman not quite ready to sell this beautiful property. As a frequent traveler, I have enjoyed vacation rentals in Europe and around the United States and realized that this townhouse would be perfect for others to enjoy as well!
Comfortable accommodations for families and teams, allowing both interaction and privacy makes this the perfect property for large groups.
My 5 teammates and I recently rented the townhouse while we were attending a triathlon training camp in Clermont. Overall, the property was great. It was very convenient to Lake Minneola as well as the National Training Center. There was ample room for all 6 of us and never an issue with 6 women needing to use the bathrooms to get ready. My only concern was the cleanliness of the kitchen. On the surface it looked clean, but when we opened the fridge we found leftover blueberries, spilled jelly and other various crumbs from the previous guests. We immediately started to clean out the fridge only to find half a box of cereal under the fridge itself. This may explain 2 of the 3 roaches that we found in the kitchen (the other one was in the silverware drawer as the "clean" knives were caked with dried peanut butter). The bathrooms were clean for the most part, but only had bath towels provided - no wash cloths or hand towels. Would have been a nice addition.
This property is located in the beautiful Clermont Yacht Club, just minutes by foot or bike to the Coast-to-Coast trail, Clermont's Waterfront Park, Lake Minneola, Downtown Clermont, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Clermont recently re-branded as the Choice of Champions in large part because of the high volume of Olympic and professional athletes who choose to live here. Clermont is the home of the National Training Center and is most admired by Central Florida natives for its rolling hills (uncommon in Florida).
Located in the center of the State, Clermont is less than 1.5 hours from either the East or West coast beaches, less than an hour from all of the theme parks and airport, and close to colleges and related activities.
The Yacht Club is easily accessible by car from all major thoroughfares. We recommend renting a bike from the Clermont Waterfront Bikes & Boards to get the most out of your Clermont vacation. With a bike, you can ride Downtown, west to the Hiawatha Preserve, or east to shopping and activities along the trail as far as you would like but typically into the West Orange/Winter Garden area. Along the way, you can stop by the Cooper Memorial Library, the National Training Center, food, shopping, and other nature preserves.
Clermont hosts a variety of festivals monthly including "Music on Montrose" on the first Friday of each month. Recently, the City acquired the Performing Arts Center which hosts dozens of live entertainment options each year. This year, we look forward to "Defending the Caveman," "Shanghai Circus," and "Walk the Line" as only a few of the shows coming to Clermont.
Formerly known as the "Gem of the Hills," those of us who continue to live here know that the title remains as true as the "Choice of Champions." Come check it out for yourself!

Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Late check out is available for a fee. Upon arrival, the property manager will give you a tour of the house and one set of keys, garage opener, and gate opener. During your stay, you will keep all doors and windows closed and locked. You may not set the A/C below 74 degrees or the heat above 72.

Smoking Fee (smoking is not allowed on the premises): $500.00
Child Fee (under 5): $250.00 non-refundable
Pet Fee (if approved by Owner): $250.00 non-refundable
Carpet Cleaning Fee (if required): $200.00
Late/Early Check Out: $100.00/4 hours
Security and Damage Deposit: $500.00. This deposit plus 50% of the rental fee is due upon reservation and will be held in an account with the owner/manager's other rental properties. It will not bear interest and will be returned within 30 days after check out; if there are any charges against the Deposit, you will be notified via email 14 days after check out. A valid credit card must be provided for additional damage. Any damage must be reported to the owner/manager immediately.
This is a property license and is not subject to Chapter 83, Fla. Stat. The terms of your license are as described in this and the Licensing Agreement which must be signed by each guest prior to your taking possession of the property. You assume all liability for your person and property upon entry to the Champions Nest, including but not limited to latent and patent risks at the property. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner/manager from any damage to your person or property that may occur. This Agreement and the Licensing Agreement are governed by Florida law. Any and all actions arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Licensing Agreement shall be brought in Lake County, Florida. The prevailing party to any such action shall be entitled to his or her attorney's fees.
