Tucked away in West Malibu is a magical neighborhood steps to the Zuma/ Broad beaches. These are the finest and largest stretches of sand in Malibu with spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

This home epitomizes the quintessential beach feel of Malibu. A variety of spaces emanate a Malibu state of mind: french doors that open to cool breezes, and comfy places that invite you to linger and relax.

The house is a short walk (3 minutes) to a private beach access, a Starbucks, a grocery store, bank, restaurant, and more.

Well-appointed, clean and updated with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It sleeps 6 persons comfortably including children and up to 8 with confirmation.

There are three spacious patios which are all well furnished, and the side patio features a fire pit. The backyard has a large lawn with beautiful sycamore trees and mature hedges for maximum privacy and quiet.

Our home is full of sunshine with french doors for access to the outdoors from the master, the living and dining rooms and the second master bedroom. Serene and restful.

The home is comfortable with high-end "beach" luxury furnishings.

The open floor-plan provides ample room to spread out.

There are two master suites on opposite sides of the house, both with adjoining bathrooms and king beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The three bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the master includes a soaking tub.

There are extra linens, towels, comforters, blankets, pillows, hair dryers and more.

The kitchen is the heart of the home. It has new appliances, a large center island and is fully equipped. Preparing meals here is easy and effortless.

Eat in the adjacent dining room by the dual sided fireplace or just outside for a meal alfresco. Have cocktails in the side patio and listen to the soothing fountain, or light the fire pit and cuddle up.

There are three TVs- one 55"(great room), 50" (den/media room) and 42" (master bedroom) with corresponding cable. There is Apple TV and Netflix. WiFi and a land line are available. Listen to your own playlist or Pandora with our wireless speaker system.

The home is fully air conditioned.

It has a circular driveway for up to 4 cars and sits back from the street.

Go beach combing for sea glass, hike our local trails (there are great ones), take a drive up the coast or head into L.A.

Go to the best beach with the safest waves (no crashing surf here). In season there is a life guard on duty. The beach club has showers and bathrooms and a play area, volleyball court and a picnic table.

Great tide pools are a short drive away at Leo Carrillo beach and kite surfing is fun to watch.

Our west end of Malibu has it all. Put your bags down and head to the beach.

Why Patricia chose Malibu

There is nothing quite like the sunsets in Malibu, or wait, the sunrises are spectacular too. Almost everyday after work I walked from the beach club to the end of Board Beach.

The 50 plus year old sycamores are often home to the monarch butterflies as the travel on their way south.

I love this end of Malibu for its open spaces, horse ranches, and the endless beaches that are often empty.

Very comfortable and attractive.The kitchen was very well equipped.The property was beautiful and we enjoyed

spending time outside in the garden.

The location is great, walking distance to Zuma beach.We will definately be back.

Perfect stay !!!

We came from Paris and we spent 10 days with our two kids. The house is extremely clean and welcoming.

Patricia the owner makes everything easy and convenient.

We loved the fireplace in the patio when the night is coming.

The spirit of the house is so Malibu with the black and white photographies of the beach. Everything is made with taste.

The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet, friendly and safe.

The private beach is 3 minutes walk and the best thing is the trolley and the ombrella that we can use in the garage.

The Trancas country mart is convenient with Vintage Grocery, Starbucks and the French restaurant !

We already been in Malibu but this is the first time we really discovered it.

A Beautiful Home in Beautiful Malibu!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Malibu home. The house is airy, bright, very clean,band very tastefully furnished. The house is equipped with everything one needs to live comfortably.. You can see how they paid attention to every detail to make it comfortable. The house is also located in a very good spot. First, it's a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the access to the private beach made it a lot easier and more peaceful. Second it is also a 5 minute walk to an excellent grocery store, where they sell everything!!

The owner was very gracious and very helpful all along every step of the reservation process and during our stay.

We plan to go back next year and very much look forward to it. I would strongly recommend this house to my friends.

Beautiful house!

We enjoyed so much this house, clean , sunny, and so well decorated, with beautiful gardens. We also noted an exquisite attention to detail with new bed linens and immaculate bathrooms. We stayed a week this summer and beaches are fantastic. The private beach is just cross the road and nearby, Starbuks and groceries.

Perfect house. Perfect location

The house is impeccable. Both in decor and cleanliness. Even better than the pictures! The location can't be beat. We have a baby and a toddler so the beach access was ideal. The vintage market, Starbucks and village cafe were a daily stop. The house has everything you can imagine from beach chairs and buggy to carry them down to the beach in to an emergency kit. The owner really thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. We highly recommend and can't wait to stay again.

Loved this property!!!!

This home is so special and probably one of the most inviting and cozy homes! We had the luxury of staying for five days with our three kids and loved it! It is immaculate with lovely home furnishings you wish you had at your home. Patricia was so helpful and definitely had every detail covered for her guests to enjoy her home. A huge plus was the grocery store and Starbucks were two minutes away as well as the beach. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach which the kids loved. We can't wait to go back!
