Located In The Heart Of Jackson, Just A Few Short Steps To Town Trails.

This stand-alone property has all updated features and new wood floors, making a private and uniquely beautiful retreat close to the center of town. Private bedroom sleep 1 or 2 very comfortably. There is also a study that has a sleeper-sofa and closet space that easily can be used as a 2nd bedroom. Very large living space with open dining/kitchen/living layout to provide the perfect hang-out for all ages. Huge backyard for summer and winter enjoyment. Two car parking pad outside. Just 5 minute walk to Persephone (amazing cafe/bakery!) and bus service to village resort.

30 day min. required due to zoning. If you are interested in less than 30 days we can arrange a 30 day reservation with specific dates of occupancy.

About Olivia Wheeler

Hello! I am a local Middle School teacher and graphic designer in Jackson. I like to travel and I am lucky enough to make frequent visits back to the North East to visit my family in Vermont and Cambridge, Massachusetts. Because of my traveling tendencies, I often have an empty house during popular times to visit Jackson Hole : Holidays, Spring Break, Summer Vacation. My second bedroom is my studio, and I lock up during rentals. The rest of the house is deep-cleaned and emptied in order to best welcome guests.

Why Olivia Wheeler chose Jackson Hole area

This house is my primary residence and I love it more than anything in the world. I am an active outdoors-woman who also loves her coffee and farmer's market. This is why I think my house is the perfect hybrid between access to trails and mountains as well as town amenities. Born as a city-girl, I appreciate good food, music and art, and I love having an in-town location. Best of all, living on dead-end gives you the privacy and safety you need with the close proximity to downtown.

What makes this house unique

I am required to rent only once a month in my residential zone so if you book with me, I will book the surrounding 30 days at the price you see for your actual stay!

We spent a month at this great house with our two dogs and were very happy with it.

We found the house to be comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well equipped, the appliances, except for the stove, were new, and the bed was comfortable. The fenced in yard meant we could leave our dogs at home and not worry about them. We certainly .enjoyed the vegetables from the garden. The location worked for us because we were close to family and able to walk to restaurants and stores. Olivia was available if we needed her but respectful of our privacy.
