The 58 is more than just a place to stay. It is a unique, historic row house that was the second home of the National Bank of Geneva. It was added on to when neighbors split a row house, making one side of the 58 built in 1825 and the other side in 1813. It is a perfect spot for families to gather for weddings, reunions and graduations or for getaway weekend wine touring. Looking out across the red brick street to Pulteney Park makes 58 Park a memorable experience in all four seasons of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region. Walking through the beautiful campus of Hobart and William Smith Colleges is enjoyable whether you're a prospective parent, current parent, alum or just passing through the area.

Great house for larger groups

  • 5 of 5

The house was perfect for a girls weekend/wine tour. The owners were great to deal with and were easy to get in touch with when we had questions. This was our second time staying at the house and we would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous, immaculate and convenient location to college and downtown

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely gorgeous, clean and well-appointed home for a group. Short walk to Hobart and William Smith Colleges and/or downtown Geneva. It was a luxurious treat to stay here for Parent's Weekend and would highly recommend. Anne and Jerry were super to deal with and clearly wanted us to be happy and comfortable during our stay.

Beautiful house in the heart if Geneva

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very friendly and available for any questions we may have had. We ended up having 3 cars with us so parking was a little bit of a concern, but there is plenty of street parking within a short walk. I would highly recommend for a large group, it ends up cheaper than having to get multiple hotel rooms and is much more enjoyable.

Fantastic for a big group!

  • 5 of 5

We were visiting the finger lakes for a 30th birthday weekend and this house was perfect. Very close to the town, we walked downtown at night for drinks. Nice location to hop onto the wine trails. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast, dinner, etc. Anne and Jerry were very accommodating, overall great spot!

Absolutely Charming Escape

  • 5 of 5

My parents arrived before we did for Hobart William Smith Graduation and I wish I could post a recording of my mothers assessment - "adorable, absolutely beautifully appointed, huge, we are going to have so much fun!" And it was all true. This home is so close to campus,we could walk too all the events, we could walk down town to great restaurants and it is just a 5 -10 minute drive to a bunch of wineries (which we visited in our down time). Other times, we just hung out in the living room. It was a fun weekend. But the best part of it was that we befriended the land lords, who are so helpful, kind, fun and interesting. Our experience is that Geneva if replete wonderful people like they are. If you are looking for a get away, this is home away form home.
