This is a well-kept property in a good location for food and shopping. The owners are responsive and kind. This was our second stay with a group of 6 PhD students. We cooked our own meals each night, and the property has everything you need for a successful and comfortable stay. There is a beautiful park nearby. Good for families. Highly recommended. Thank you!
We spent 6 nights at Nicole's place while in town for a family outing. We traveled with 3 adults and two children, one being a toddler.
The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked (to include dishes for kids) and right off the living area so we were all somewhat together while on the main level. Main level consisted of the living, dining/kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. In the basement area are an additional two bedrooms. one bath and activity room with a ping pong table.
Food and grocery are very close, the neighborhood is safe with friendly neighbors (one gave us a jump due to a dead battery).
There is a washer/dryer with laundry supplies in the basement bathroom which was so nice to have.
The backyard was nice but as a prior review stated there is a large section that is missing so there is immediate access to the rear neighbors yard. This was the only downside for us as we would have liked to be able to play back there more with our toddler but he was very interested in wandering.
Hosts were VERY responsive to us and incredibly friendly.
We would definitely stay again.
Perfect location- close to freeway and University Ave with eating and shopping. Lots of space, clean and quiet. Would stay there again!!
This home was perfect for our family reunion. Owners were great to work with. Ping pong table in the basement was a hit. Beds were very comfortable. Great location. Will be staying there again.
If you need a place to accommodate a large group of people or just want the comfort of home while away from home, this is the place for you. We rented this house for 4 nights while in town for our sons wedding and with 5 adults and two kids, the five bedrooms, three bathrooms were perfect. The house has more than adequate supplies, including linens, shampoos, soaps, paper towels, TP and a full kitchen. We had a few hours between the wedding and reception so we had 15 people, who were also from out of town over to eat, freshen up, visit and relax and this home accommodated us all with no problems. The ping pong table in the basement was a big hit and kept everyone entertained, including my two grandchildren who were consumed with it the entire trip. Upon arriving we did experience some trouble getting in because we didn't follow instructions very well but a phone call was all it took and the owners were very helpful. A section of fence was broken in the back yard and there was road construction while we were there but neither of these were an issue for us. The house was nicely decorated and the two car garage with basement access was nice. Having never rented a house before I was skeptical but a hotel would have never provided us with this much privacy and comfort without costing twice as much. As an added bonus I lost some money and they contacted us and are in the process of returning it.
This home was the perfect setting for my family reunion of 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, as well as the 2 bunk bed rooms for the children with their own bathroom downstairs kept everyone happy. The seemingly new furnishings and decor were well thought out and comfortable, as well as very clean. There were plenty of towels, linens, blankets, paper goods, laundry soap, and big red drinking cups to meet our needs. Glass dishes, utensils, cooking/baking pots and pans were readily available, along with a pizza cutter! We cooked most of our meals at the home, so we were glad to have a Macey's nearby, not only for food, but purchased foil, plastic wrap, and ziploc bags for leftovers. Nicole works hard to please and responded quickly to my questions, even dropping off new ping pong paddles when we realized the old ones could no longer make it through a game. Great location near State Street and the Freeway, providing us with easy access to BYU campus, Provo Canyon, and Salt Lake City. A fun day was spent at the Provo Recreation Center which was an affordable highlight of our trip.
I would highly recommend this location to others desiring a family friendly home away from home.
