The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort is located a short walk to the Las Vegas Strip, in between the Hard Rock Resort and the Planet Hollywood Resort. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Harrah's Casino on the strip. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, living room with pull-out sofa, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds and the third bedroom has a king size bed with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room that includes a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $150.00 at check in.

Absolutely perfect for our requirements!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay - the apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, well appointed, and with really good views. Nice touches included starter kits eg washing up liquid and cloths and dishwasher tablets; tea bags etc. We were a group of 6 - and the layout met our needs really well. We used the pool and attended the gym and the early morning acqua aerobics. Communal areas were much quieter than we expected - there were always loungers available at the pool etc. Being a bit away from the strip and a more family oriented resort meant a good night's sleep - we also stayed on the Strip before leaving and got NO sleep due to rowdy revellers returning to their rooms between 2-5am! Would highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful unit and wonderful property

Staying at Matt’s property was amazing- the unit was beautiful and well stocked. The property had fun events for guests (with complimentary drinks) and we had a blast at karaoke night. Hope to stay here again!

Great trip!

This property is very clean and has several amenities. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. Our condo was great for all of us to have room to spread out. Great location to get to airport and the Las Vegas strip. You can walk to many attractions but us also a short Uber drive. Property is as advertised
