We are one of a handful of vacation home rentals in Asheville that are permitted to be used for lodging.

A perfect Asheville location, this is a gorgeous 1900 sq. ft. town home with high end premium comforts and amazing mountain views. You will not find a better location. We are super close to Downtown Asheville, The Biltmore Estate, Winery and the Asheville Outlets. The home is less than 2 miles from the Asheville Outlets, 3 miles from the Biltmore Estate, and 5 miles from Downtown Asheville. The home is less than 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the North Carolina Arboretum, Bent Creek Recreational Area known for world class mountain biking trails and Carrier Park where you can fish, use the walking/running track, Kayak, or canoe. Super quiet neighborhood tucked away so you can come home and relax after a fun day of site seeing. You will feel right at home!

This property location is just perfect for your stay in Asheville The home is built with all the quality touches including beautiful hardwood floors, granite counters throughout, and plenty of space in a great neighborhood. You just can beat the location. So close to the Biltmore Estate, Winery, Downtown Asheville, West Asheville, the farmers Market, the Arboretum, and the Blue Ridge Parkway etc. The location is truly the center point for accessing all that Asheville has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

You will not find this type of high end features especially in a fully furnished vacation rental. We are providing everything you need. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush.

Tracy and Brent have a wonderful, tastefully decorated home, and my family of four had an amazing stay here. It was spacious enough for everyone to stretch out comfortably & enjoy their own space and yet it felt cozy and welcoming. The personal touches to their place made it the most home-y feeling place I've rented on AirBnB thus far--it felt like a home away from home. Everything was as pictured & clean & the place was well-stocked (the best stocked I've experienced on AirBnB so far) with just about everything you may need (toiletries, plenty of fresh linens & towels, hairdryer, iron, closet space & hangers, coffee, tea, hot chocolates, dishes, utensils, etc.---like I said, practically everything you could think to have). The "Welcome" bottle of wine was a special touch & much appreciated! Tracy and Brent were always quick, friendly, and helpful in their communications. Checking in and out were a breeze! The location was ideal! Everything Asheville has to offer was so convenient from their place--downtown, so much delicious food, UNC-Asheville, the Biltmore & hiking the Blue Ridge parkway were among the things we enjoyed during our stay. Asheville is a great place to visit and Tracy & Brent's place is the place to stay when you do visit! Thank you Tracy and Brent!

This is a beautiful home that the Shirleys share. Believe the pictures! And Tracy and Brent are so warm and accommodating. Tracy responds to emails within the hour. Ideally located to interstates and amenities, as well as Biltmore. I stayed with my mom and sister, and we were all so pleased with the townhome. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in Asheville.

This is a beautiful place that is very comfortable, clean, and classy. It is in a central area of Asheville. We stayed for a weekend with friends and really enjoyed how close it was to downtown and accessible to the highway so we could venture to trails and hike.
