5 Bedroom, 3 bath house with handicap accessible features including an outside ramp. The ground-floor Master bedroom is handicap accessible with it's own bathroom. 3 more bedrooms and the 2nd bath are located on the 2nd floor. Final bedroom and bathroom are located in the finished basement. The home has a nice sun porch to watch the leaves turn or just enjoy the pleasant breeze. The property backs up to an empty lot owned by the Borough and has a creek running through part of it. Great property for hunter groups, fishermen, or families wanting to see the sites. The house is a non-smoking house. WIFI and cable provided. TV in living room.

As a family we have used VRBO for our travels numerous times. We are originally from the Erie area with deep roots and lots of family. We currently reside in the Dallas Fort Worth area of Texas.

We have been looking for a property in the Albion/Erie area for the last couple years. We visit here somewhat frequently and with more of the family making the trip each summer (the kids are all out of high school now) it has become quite the imposition on the family that lives here to put us up. It also makes us feel we have to make a shorter trip so as not to impose too much. By owning our own home up here we can come and go as we please and there's plenty of room for our entire group. In the meantime, we can lease it out to others that visit the area. This property came available and it fit our needs both personally and as a rental.
Within walking distance of downtown. There is a park closeby. Library is closeby. Town is quiet. View from dining room window is exceptional. Inside and outside handicapped facilities are provided. House has a basement for storage of your guns, fishing rods, skis, or just your luggage and sports equipment. No equipment is provided.

Albion is centrally located close to Erie as well as other attractions. The wineries in Northeast PA are 30 minutes away. Niagara Falls and the Canadian side is 1 and 1/2 hours up the highway. Plenty of places to hunt birds or deer. Hatcher Game Preserve is 10 minutes away. Campbell Pottery in Edinboro is 20 minutes away. You can't miss Presque Isle just 20 minutes away to walk the beach, visit the lighthouse or the conservatory or just take the scenic loop drive. Presque Isle Casino is also just down the road about 20 minutes. Millcreek Mall offers local and national stores for your shopping pleasure. Downtown Girard is full of quaint shops. A really great Hallmark is located in Fairview. Fishing is also great. Millcreek Township is 15 minutes away and is famous for its steelhead fishing. Presque Isle also provides fishing boat excursions for bass, walleye, and fall trout and salmon. Three major NFL teams are within two hours as well as two major league baseball teams. The house is walking distance from grocery stores, post office, bank, fast food, and churches. Skiing is available at Peek 'n Peak Resort. Splash Lagoon, and Waldameer Park & Waterworld are also closeby. Horse racing is available from May to September. Erie Speedway is a NASCAR sanctioned track. People are friendly. The house has large trees in back and a large window in the dining room where you can sit and eat meals and watch the birds.
