This is a stand alone house, with a fully equipped Kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath. In Costa Rica, we call it a Villa that includes your own private parking space, just a few steps away. If you don't feel like driving, no problem as everything is within walking distance and really is a better way to enjoy Tamarindo and the friendly locals. The incredible beach is just 850 meters away, just over half mile of adventure in the heart of town.
Here are the main house features...
•Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, blender and everything you need for a comfortable stay and a separate eating area with a table and four chairs
•Comfortably appointed living room, with a flat screen TV and DVD player
•Washer Dryer and sink in Laundry room
•bathroom two piece
•Coat closet (which you’re more likely to use for storage as no coats are needed here... ever)
•Lanai by the entrance
On the Upper Floor
•Master bedroom, with a queen bed, an en-suite with a walk in shower, and a balcony that overlooks the pool also with Flat Screen TV
•Second bedroom, with twin beds and a full en-suite
The air conditioning system has independent controls for each floor as well as for each bedroom.
The house is elevated with a great view of the pool and near the barbecue area
There are is a Spanish School in Tamarindo which I would highly recommend CSI Coastal Spanish Institute for the classes, and activities outside of the classses, Om Sur Shanti for yoga classes and Maria at her artists studio on the Langosta Road for art classes with a difference.
Great restaurants within 5 minute walk Pasatiempo not only for eating but also if you would like a more lively night out, the Argentinian restaurant in town offers everything you want if you are a meat eater but there are plenty of options in town for fish and vegetarians too.
Witches Rock is great for Surfing. There is also a local Saturday market near 2001 supermarket on the beach with great fresh produce local herbs and spices and fantastic unusual jewellery pieces there is something for everyone in Tamarindo.
