I hate to really post a negative comment but the condo was not what we thought it would be. The carpet was dingy. It was old and had a sticky feel. There was no blanket for the couch bed only sheets. The couch smelt like mildew. There were spots on the bathroom wall that looked like feces. The condo didn’t feel clean but the location was good. We could walk to Walmart and pineapple Willie’s.
Thanks for the review Hannah. I never post in response to reviews because I believe everyone has the right to their opinion and I always appreciate feedback of any kind. However in this case I feel I must defend my condo and the hard work of my housekeeping team. I have 8 listings at Shores of Panama and have accumulated hundreds of VRBO guest reviews in conjunction with these listings. I have never had a guest complain about the cleanliness of my units. Every other guest has had nothing but positive comments about how clean the units are. While the carpet may indeed not be up to par it is older, and already had been scheduled to be replaced this fall. The rest of the condo was cleaned thoroughly and there was absolutely in no way, shape or form feces on the wall. There is no property owner or manager anywhere that would even DREAM of allowing such a thing, the very concept would be insane, and yet you felt conclusively that it had to be feces and decided to post a public review stating it as fact. I should also mention that you (plus your two extra guests you did not notify me of) did not reach out to me once to let me know you were in any way disatisfied. Had you done so I would have been there immediately to try and rectify whatever issues you brought to my attention.
Myself and my team work extremely hard to ensure our impeccable standards of cleanliness are consistent and so although I appreciate your patronage and your review, I cannot sit back and allow you to exaggerate your experience in that regard.

Overall, the property is nice. Our unit was well equipped for an efficiency. The elevators were horrible--they are very slow. Waiting on them was horrible d/t the heat and very little air moving in the hall and breezeways! Parking is a problem, unless you are staying in a unit with a reserved parking space. Even driving in the parking garage is difficult!
Our family had such a fun time. Room was very clean, and perfect for us! We will be back!
