Located in between 2 top rated beaches in the U.S! Clearwater Beach ranked No. 1 in the U.S., other local beaches crack top 5! Views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intra-coastal waterway can be seen from all three bedrooms. A small intimate secure 39 unit, 7 story, building. Lobby accessed by code only, camera surveillance in lobby, all halls and garage walkways. Plenty of room for an enjoyable day at the beach or the beach side pool. Pool area includes a hot tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, and outdoor grills for your use. For your enjoyment we provide beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, toys, and a cooler for a day of fun in the sun. Surf fish steps away and charter fishing available close by. Overall misleading, deceptive, unhealthy, and probably in violation of health department regulations

Remo Shores VRBO Rental

Blender was broken on arrival, replaced 2 days later by owner; could not make smoothies or cocktails until then.

At same time as blender replaced owner and son came with new area rug installation and other additions in living room interrupting our privacy. These should have been done prior to our arrival

AC developed malfunction during first week and wouldn't cool. Owner made multiple excuses including frozen coils due to our setting the thermostat to an excessively cold setting. Finally we got emergency repair service near 10pm, Saturday night prior to mothers day. Sweated for 36 hours prior to repair. It was necessary to stay homebound awaiting AC technician all day. 

The thermostat was a new “smart device” allowing for Remote operations of thermostat by owner who repeatedly reset our desired temperature via an override control making our cool nighttime temperature setting much warmer than our preferred 70-71 degrees.

This writer developed allergic sinusitis and bronchitis upon repeated exposure to the air conditioner operation. AC filter, upon inspection was filthy with dirt and mold, had not been changed for indeterminate duration. It was disgusting and a disgrace! We needed to get a new filter to replace the filthy one because of allergic respiratory infection while on vacation. This helped, but the air ducts were still filthy and needed to be purged. The infection resolved over a week following departure from this filthy building.

The building is 30 years old, and the elevator was filthy, and stopped in the middle of floors, trapping occupants for up to an hour until rescue calls to fire department freed the occupants. Nobody took ownership to this problem.

Appliances are old and cheap. Clothes Washer tore clothes relentlessly and washed  garments emerged knotted.

Advertise new Mattresses are a sham. There was No support and old and cheap. Horrible for back.

Towels are cheap and non absorbent.

Nice location.

This unit is Not a penthouse as claimed on VRBO app! It is a Top floor apartment condo, not private as advertised. An apartment condo with adjacent patio deck made privacy an illusion.

Certainly not remodeled or upgraded as advertised.

Netflix wouldn't stream and would quit while watching.

No access to HBO or premium channels.

“Smart TVs” were Vizio brand and had dull and difficult to watch screensNo privacy:noisy workers caulking and painting side of building kept looking in.

Owner's Response: Please read other reviews to get a true picture of our condo. This guest has grossly exaggerated at every turn. I will address each point. He informed me that the blender was broken and I brought a new high end Ninja blender the next day. While there I did bring a beautiful new area rug for the living room, which took all of 10 minutes to roll out on the floor. The AC did develop an issue and could only cool to 76 degrees, which the guest reported at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night. By 9:00 pm (4 hours later) I had an emergency a/c tech there to repair. It was not necessary for the guest to wait in the condo for the a/c tech. The thermostat is on schedule to cool to 74 during the day and 72 at night. One can reset at the thermostat while in the condo. The filter is a washable filter and is cleaned monthly. The building and grounds are cleaned daily by San Remo building staff. Appliances are not old nor are they cheap, as you can tell in the pictures. All mattresses are high quality and purchased less than 2 years ago. All towels are fluffy nice towels from Bed Bath and Beyond. The condo is on the top floor and one of 2 condos facing beachfront, as seen in the pictures provided. There is a wall between the two balconies leaving our balcony completely private, offering outstanding views. There are new smart TV's in all three bedrooms and the living room. As you can tell by my other reviews this review is way off base. Our unit is kept in tip top shape and we have our unit stocked with all the conveniences to insure our guests have a fabulous vacation.

Five Star accomadations

Everything.... was very satisfactory...very nice vacation for family.

Was concerned that little children used spa for playtime, and made it impossible for adults to use it much during the time children were there.

A great place to unwind!

This was a great place to gather with my daughters for some quality time together in a beautiful location. The condo provided everything we needed, even beach towels and beach chairs, sun umbrella, and water toys for my grandson. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the soft sand, and the pool were all a balm after a long winter up north.

Great Week at the Beach!

This condo is beautiful, and looks as good in real life as it does on the VRBO web-site. The location is great, right on the beach and next to the pool, and the rooms are complete with stylish furnishings. There are tons of restaurants and places to go within easy access. We enjoyed staying at this condo; everything we could ask for was made available to us to the smallest, most thoughtful detail. We look forward to staying again!
