This recently remodeled property is great for a small family wanting to enjoy what the glorious beaches here have to offer. The remodel came with some beautiful touches! Spacious/open layout and completely stocked! The property features two full baths, two spacious bedrooms with king & queen beds, plenty of closet space, pull-out sofa in living area, all appliances needed including washer/dryer, cable television, internet access, and more! Not to mention, the complex has so much to offer such as two large pools (1 heated), wading pool, tennis courts, exercise room, outdoor grills, beach access, and much more!

There is an additional $20 charge for all stays in order to gain access to property amenities and parking. This is charged once you check in with the front desk to gain access to amenities and to parking. You will be allotted 2 parking spaces for 1 & 2 bedroom properties, and 3 parking spaces for 3 bedroom properties.

**You must be 25 or older with valid ID to rent this property. This person will assume all responsibility during your stay and must remain in the property for the entire booking.**

**During the months of March & April, all renters will be charged a $400 refundable damage deposit and be required to submit a proper form of identification for EACH member within the group.**

**Extended stays may require a larger deposit or cleaning fee**

We have access to some of the best contractors/maintenance teams in the area, and will not hesitate to pull out that arsenal of help when we need fixes in a property. From plumbing to carpet cleaning, landscaping to decorating; we have someone to call for the job and exceed normal standards in doing so.

Cleaning never goes under par as we put 110% care into recognizing the importance of it from a traveler, owner, and outside source stand point. We use exceptional products on top of a great attention to detail and will go above and beyond to make sure that the property is impeccably clean time and time again.

We offer 100% management for owners, from taking an initial rental call, to providing access to the taxes in the area that the owner must disperse by using their owners console access. We provide owners with recommendations that we suggest will attract more attention to the property. Owners are provided with exceptional photos from DAVPhotography which shows the beauty that exists at the property. By maximizing advertising that goes with having a vacation rental, we post to major sites like VRBO, Facebook, and more!

The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, a gorgeous hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, 2 lighted tennis courts, an area to play basketball, shuffleboard courts, and exercise facilities. There are gas and charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use. This condominium has the location everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at the snack shop by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Karaoke entertainment is provided in the summer.

Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, para-sailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping.

Loved this condo at Regency Towers

This condo was wonderful. Everything that it was presented to be was true. DaJa View is the best management company we have ever worked with. Derrek and Josh are great. The communication with us was appreciated. We booked almost a year ahead and they kept in touch with us until we were there. After we arrived they checked in from time to time to make sure all was great. We were there during Irma and they provided daily updates and advice. We left for 2 days and they were ready when we returned. We had all we needed, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, everything worked, and it was very clean. Updates were very appreciated. Flooring, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, even the windows and sliding doors were new. 415 is a terrific location. 2 doors away from the elevator and stairs. Combo lock was a plus, no keys to keep up with. Regency Towers is a great place to stay. They were constantly cleaning, straightening, and making the complex feel like new. Gated parking was a plus and we always had plenty of parking. Pools were cleaned daily and were huge. Always a chair to have. Amazed that they had the big double chase lounges with umbrellas and cushions by each pool. The beach had an attentive beach service. Best we’ve ever had. A big plus was Bikini Bob’s, a small restaurant and bar service between the pools. Great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We could walk to several restaurants and a Dollar General was across the street for anything we needed. St Andrews State Park was only a 20 minute walk down the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Clean Unit, Older building

This was the first time for us at Regency Towers. The unit was pretty clean and tidy, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We did have to call on the dryer and dehumidifier. There was not much they could do since the washer/dryer unit was very old and they only clean the dehumidifier once a month. So we chose not to do too much laundry or it was too humid in the unit. We were under the impression we received beach service, so that was disappointing to have to purchase that. Overall unit was good, but the building needs some updating. We used the stairs because the elevator was always busy but that was no problem, however as another reviewer stated they really need to clean it and paint it the stairwell (we held our breath). It was nice to have the pool bar and the prices were very affordable. We stay biennial on Panama Beach and have stayed in many other units. For the money and the additional beach service I would recommend one of the other more updated buildings. The managers were nice and attentive and tried to help in any way they could.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear that the condo was clean, tidy, comfortable and well stocked! We would like to clear a few things up for others looking to book this condo... While we understand that the dryer is somewhat aged, prior to your arrival, a full load of towels & wash cloths (10+) were able to dry within one cycle, so we are not sure why it was not able to dry the 2 towels you mentioned not being able to dry in 2 hours. We came over within a couple hours and found that there was in fact nothing wrong with the dryer and it continues to work properly today. It's not likely that anyone would clean a dehumidifier more than once a month since it's only purpose is to remove moisture from the air. The dehumidifier is an added perk, provided in all properties we manage, for additional comfort and is not expected to be used if our travelers feel there is an issue with using it. It's main purpose is to remove moisture from the air from excessive dryer usage and having windows and doors open, being directly along the Gulf of Mexico. As explained several times via text and email, there was nothing ever mentioned about beach services being provided, which again, is the reason for the lower price for such a (we believe) wonderful condo and experience. It was disheartening when you adamantly repeated it was advertised. We would never advertise anything not provided by us or our owners. We very much care about our traveler experiences and are sorry if you thought it was provided. Thank you for your additional feedback on the complex itself, and sorry if the it could have been better, but we are very happy that you were able to enjoy the provided amenities! We appreciate the kind words toward our staff and sincerely apologize if things could have been better for you, but again, we thank you for your review/feedback, and wish you the best!

Regency Towers Unit 415

This is our second year staying in this unit. The unit is beautifully decorated throughout, but also has a comfortable, casual feel. We love the big screen TV's in the living room, and the master and guest bedrooms. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and new appliances, which is great for cooking! The view is gorgeous, and the 4th floor is easy to reach by elevator and stairs. As always, the staff at the Regency were friendly and accommodating, and our contact with VRBO went out of his way to stay in touch with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great condo on the Gulf, and hope to be able to rent this unit again next year!

Winter Retreat..❤️❤️❤️

We arrived on the first of January to a beautiful, well equipped condo with gorgeous views of the gulf. Derrek and the owners quickly resolved any concerns that arose.. We enjoyed shopping and entertainment at Pier Park.. We have been spending January in PCB for more than 10 years, and this is the best experience we have ever had with management, and owners...We definitely look forward to renting again in the future... We also enjoyed the fitness room, and made use of it everyday..

Fantastic Vacation

For a family get away this place was perfect. It would be perfect for any occasion. The room was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. Derek made the process smooth and efficient and was checking in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. On a scale of 1-10 I give Derek a 14 or 15. He was always available and able to answer our questions. This was a perfect vacation. Everything went great. We always stay at the Regency Towers because of the family environment and once again it lived up to the billing. The photos are great of the rooms, but in person the condo is even better than the pictures. Just a great vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering visiting this great place.
