what a view !

very nice location , common areas and pool kept clean and in order on site staff very nice. unit 1703 in very nice condition. would stay here again if it was available.

December Beach Condo

This is a great unit and think anyone would be happy with it. Although this was our first time in this condo we have stayed in this structure for several years and will likely return. The location is fantastic with restaurants and shops directly across the street and great beach access along with the pool and hot tub. Free cab and Jolly Trolley makes all of the area easy to access and safe if alcohol is involved as well. The only problem, for which Radwa has no responsibility, was the lack of dependability of the elevators. We had to walk up 17 floors when we arrived and throughout the month only 1 of 2 elevators was typically operating and it often stopped on the wrong floor and was just a difficult to summon.

We visited Clearwater Beach and totally fell in love with the place, the white sandy beaches, the intracostal canals. Dolphin watching, birds watching and fishing. Always wanted to experience an island living too and we found it in Elegant Sand key where all the fun begins!
