Located only 150 yards from the Super Bee Chair Lift! Great property for a large group of multiple families. Recently updated Kitchen and bathroom. The Peregrine building has a communal hot tub, sauna, and laundry. Reserve today before it's too late to enjoy the 1,600 square foot condo!

The main floor has the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed.

The second floor has another bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, plus an additional twin bed. The second living room/loft area has a set of twin bunk beds plus an additional twin bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The third bath is off of the upstairs bedroom.

The Super B chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the town home and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 25 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and take you to either Center or West Village.

Early Season Information: The Super B chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public assess to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early season. Typically public access begins around Thanksgiving, but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by going to the Copper Mountain website.

Extras: WiFi is included with your stay. Copper Mountain Athletic Club access is available to guests booking this property providing FREE access to the indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, and fitness facility. Great Location and size

This condo was at the perfect location for us. We rented our skis from Christy Sports which is right across the street. The condo had plenty of room for all of 6 of us, and there is definitely room for at least 4 more people. The kitchen had everything we needed including basic spices which was very nice since we were cooking our meals at the condo. The one negative comment would be that the beds are all very hard. If you like a hard mattress, this place is for you. Those of us who prefer a softer mattress did not sleep well.

Great place to stay, if youblove rock solid mattresses.

We loved the location. We loved the condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated. The kitchen was well stocked.

The downside, the mattresses were so hard we all woke up hurting and did not look forward to our second night.

Great location, needs some updates

We stayed at PG310 for four nights with two families (8 people altogether). Nicely situated in East Village within a few steps of the shuttle to Center and West Village. Check in was incredibly easy and quick. Building itself is a bit dated but functional. Property was clean when we got in. Nicely laid out with a large upstairs space with two bunk beds and two single beds while downstairs had two queen beds. Kitchen is well appointed, books, games and a flat screen tv (printed channel guide wasn't correct but we figured it out). Biggest challenges for us were (i) inability to regulate the temperature in the property. Unless we opened the window or sliding door, the temperature was close to 80 degrees at all times; (ii) only one warm mist humidifier with clacification in the property, (iii) blankets were almost all pilled, very worn and made of polyester and pillows were flat and well worn as well.
