Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), 2 tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing lovers, and a fully equipped clubhouse with WiFi, business center, fitness center and 2 laundry facilities. Plenty of green space with gas grills and much more to enjoy. The complex is walking distance to the pier/village area with tons of shops and restaurants and about a mile to the public beach access with plenty of parking.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor unit is located in the beautiful Ocean Walk complex near 2nd pool and lake. Unit has a Queen, queen and twins. Wifi in unit.

Great Location and complex!

Let me just say that the location was great and the amount of space was great also. The condo needs some updates but everything that we used worked just fine. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Although when you walk in it looks clean there is a musty smell and we discovered that the A/C vents have not been cleaned in a while. Also the fake plants should be removed or cleaned. The chair rails are very dusty and the pillow cases were clean but the pillows underneath were very bad and need to be replaced. All three adults agreed that the mattresses need to be replaced they were pretty hard. The wifi was spotty. It worked well with our phones but not so much with the tablets and computers. My Aunt complained about too many knickknacks on the nightstand and dresser. She said there was no place to put her stuff but she just moved things around. Having said all of that we were all comfortable with the amount of space and the price was great compared to what we would have had to pay for a hotel. There was plenty of parking and they allowed us to book only 2 nights. The management company could have communicated better before we arrived. We recieved a email asking for permission to charge our card for the 200.00 deposit to hold the reservation and I returned a email asking some questions about that and the condo and the next thing you know my card had been charged the full price for the condo. This left me a little hesitant about the whole transaction but after I made a phone call I was told there must have been a mix up with the dates so I let the charge stand since we intended to complete the booking anyway but I will say that it made me nervous. In the end it was very easy to find and get into and the condo was well stocked with paper products and soap and towels. We did not cook but the Keurig was a nice touch. To sum it up the condo was decent the price and location were great the cleaning crew needs to do a better job and the management should communicate a little better when it comes to charging for the condo.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to give us your input. Ocean Walk is a great complex and with particular unit the owner makes improvements every time they visit. They work very hard to make sure their guests have what they need during their stay. I understand that dust on the chair rails is not acceptable. The wifi is Comcast so it should be a strong signal on all of your devices and as the property manager we really have no control over how that functions but often just have to make a call during a guest stay to have this reset. It is odd it was working on some of your devices but not others. We are sorry you experienced some problems with this, there is also very strong wifi at both pools. I will make sure these pillows are all changed out too, we definitely should have noticed that was a problem. We strive to make sure the units are in order when you arrive and wish you had called us if there was any area that was not up to your standards. We will look into getting those vents cleaned and appreciate you letting us know that you noticed a problem.

Cousins Weekend

We had a blast!!! The unit was perfect!!! When we needed anything the response time was very quick. It was perfect for our 1st cousins girls only weekend. We will be back!!!
