Spacious Top Floor Single Level 2 Bedroom 2 Bath With Spectacular Views

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from 2 separate lanais in our epic Oceanfront top floor home. This 1,150 sq. ft unit has been fully remodeled & upgraded. All new tile floors, all new kitchen, master bath and guest bath. Our home comes beautifully furnished with a King Bed in both the Master and Second Bedroom along with (2) Queen Bed sleeper sofas in the living room.

Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless double sink, 22 cu ft Maytag Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Frigidaire Electric Stove with Large Oven, Frigidaire Microwave, and Dishwasher. All new custom cabinets are stocked with all your essentials i.e. Blender, Crockpot, Ricer, Pots & Pans, Coffee Maker, Toaster, eating utensils, including plates, cups, and bowls. The condo also comes with a new washer and dryer located in the hallway.

While relaxing in the family room watching your 55" HD flat screen you'll find yourself gazing out at the ocean with Molokai in the background. Turtles, Whales, Dolphins, Munk Seals and other ocean life can be seen right from your lanais.

Relax on your own Master Bedroom private Lani. The lanai has a lounge chair with Table and two Chairs. The Master bath has a beautiful walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. The shower toilet area has a security privacy door.

The condo features high efficient ceiling fans in each room, as the condo is not air-conditioned.

Property hosts (2) elevators, free parking, lawn area with loungers, Swimming Pool and Hot tub, 2 gas BBQ's, 1 charcoal BBQ, manicured grounds, beautiful garden area and Koi pond.

Right next door is Honokowai Park with great safe swimming areas for small children. Bad Ass Coffee, Farmers Market, Boss Frogs Snorkel Rentals, Ohana Tacos, and The Fish Market are right across the street. 808 Mopeds is within walking distance. We are 10 minutes from Old Town Lahaina.

Pam and I were born in Southern California and today reside in the Gold Country of California in a little town called Auburn. Shortly after we began dating we discovered we were in the same Kindergarten class. What the heck!? We were soon married in '74 and just celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary right here in "421 No Ka Oi"! Fairytales do come true and they can happen to you!

Because we believe this spot to have the most beautiful sunsets and best whale and turtle watching on the island!

The first time we stayed at Paki Maui we were sold and believed this is where we would find our home away from home. It was April 2015 we walked in the door of #421 and we knew in our hearts this was the place. We made the owner an offer and he took it! We have named this place “421 No Ka Oi” (421 the Best! – 421 the Bomb!). Once you check out the views from this place I’m sure you’ll agree. I guarantee you, "You won't want to leave!"

Honokowai Beach Park is right next door. Very pretty beach park to sit out and just enjoy being there – swimming is restricted to a shallow pool situated between rocky ledges of reef. This long shallow pool is perfect for kids and there is also plenty of shade at the beaches edge. Beyond the rocky ledges the ocean is shallow and even though it doesn’t appear in popular snorkel maps and guidebooks, there is actually pretty good snorkeling here. Honokowai means “bay for drawing water”; in the old days there were freshwater springs at the water’s edge. The beach was also said to have been a canoe landing. This beach park also has playgrounds, picnic tables and and BBQ’s. (Note: While alcohol consumption is allowed at many beaches, it is not permitted at this beach park.)

I'll never stay anywhere else on Maui !!

My husband and I just spent 11 blissful days at Paki Maui !! I have not ever been a huge fan of Maui (sorry), but this seriously won me over! Everything was perfect.... the view, the accommodations, the creature comforts, the location, the proximity to shopping (close but not too close)... incredible. The open concept and two huge lanai's made it so easy to sit and listen to the waves (and watch the turtles)... all day and all night! Rain or shine, I could not get enough of the sound of the ocean!

Wish I could give this a 6 star review! The condo is a perfect distance away from the chaos of Kaanapali. Yet I was able to walk there in the mornings on the walking path.... even walked to black rock to snorkel one evening. The Times Market right down the street from Paki Maui had everything we needed (my opinion... better than Safeway). There is a great market right across the street with a lot of organic choices and a Farmer's Market on M, W & F. We Rented snorkel gear and a surfboard from Boss Frogs (so nice!!)!! The ABC Store is just a block away.

We did drive to Hana and spent the night (great scenary, waterfalls etc.), but both of us were anxious to get back "home" to watch the sunset . We BBQ and/or cooked every night... Bacon and eggs for breakfast every day... many days I had a hard time dragging myself off the lanai !

Pam and Gregg were quick to answer all of my questions... and give me recommendations where to eat, etc. Snorkeling right in front of the condo was great and a quick "in and out of the water".... Black Rock was incredible snorkeling and Mala Wharf in Lahaina was amazing too!

This condo was the perfect balance of peaceful and relaxing with quick access to anything you want... entertainment, restaurants, snorkeling, etc. My husband was even able to work early in the morning (great internet) while I sat on the lanai with a cup of coffee!! I can't wait to go back!

Awesome property

Easy to find, easy access to condo. Faces beach and ocean. Fantastic views. One of the best sunsets I've ever seen in my entire life, and I have traveled around US and Europe. Condo was nice with great view from master with it's own lanai. All that you need is there, except for the food. Very close to elevator, but also very quiet except for going to sleep with the ocean lulling you into your dream vacation. Local food was amazing. Ate at several places in/around Lahaina. Favorites were Aloha Mixed Plate and Down the Hatch. Will definitely return if we can. One of the best vacations we ever had.

Beautiful views, perfect location!

After a week on busy Waikiki Beach (wonderful!) we were looking for a change of pace close to the ocean, and this condo was perfect. Steps from the ocean, quiet, clean, with a calm and interesting snorkel spot, with a small sandy beach also handy. No air conditioning, but the many fans and good circulation kept things comfortable. The owners were always available for questions, very helpful, and then left us alone for our vacation.

The market, local fun restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop (Bad Ass Coffee) are all within easy walking distance. For more action and bigger waves it's a 7 minute drive to Kaanapali Beach. We had a spectacular time on Maui!

May 2018 Trip

Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. The place was clean and had everything we needed (snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc) and the kitchen had everything as well. The beds were comfortable. We were missing sheets for the pull-out bed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was a bit dirty and murkey. The hot tub was nice. Great Fish Market and Farmer Market Store across the street. Love the fact that parking was free and easy to get in and out of. ABC store and grocery store close by. Overall, it was a great value. Nice low key place.

We had a great stay. It was clean and the Redmond’s very easy and pleasant to work with. The location was great and easily accessible to the whole island. It was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed
