Hello and thank you for your interest in our apartment.

The 60sqm apartment has a living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom with double bed. Also can a child (child under 16 years) in separate alcove (is separated from the living room and bedrooms) accommodate.

The apartment has been extensively refurbished and expanded recently, is in a good condition and shines very much holiday flair. Of course, it is fully equipped, a possible self-sufficiency is not a problem.

The house lies directly in the pedestrian zone of the village, a large supermarket for all basic necessities is located even in the same building. In the immediate vicinity (50m from the entrance) there are restaurants, bars, ski rental shops, hairdresser and the valley station Schattberg Xpress. From there you can enter directly into the ski circuit with 200 km of slopes.

Saalbach is considered snow-sure and is a great tourist area. We are happy to assist you in selecting the recreational program.

Underground parking is available in the house!

The apartment is located in. 2 Floor and is easily accessible from the underground car park of a lift. If you arrive by car, we give you also like our underground parking space in the same building,

- Pets are not welcome

- Bed linen and towels are at your disposal.

- A deposit of € 300 on arrival

When booking a deposit of 30% is to be paid, the remaining balance will be paid 3 weeks before departure. For the final cleaning we charge € 75.

Non un seriale appartamento delle vacanze, ma una casa vera che spira di intimità e di vita vissuta.

Arredato con mobili d'epoca e nel contempo molto confortevole.

Di particolare rilevanza un garage di facile accesso e un supermarkt, entrambi all'interno dell'edificio che

dista poche decine di metri da negozi e attività di ogni genere.

Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari nel rispondere a tutte le necessità e contingenze degli ospiti.

L'appartamento mi è stato consegnato ben pulito e in ottimo stato.

Anche per tutto questo il mio soggiorno a Saalbach, a cavallo dei mesi di luglio e agosto 2016, è stato di piena

soddisfazione. Non mancherò di parlare di Saalbach e dell'appartamento da me abitato ad amici e conoscenti.

Ogni altra annotazione sarebbe superflua poichè l'annuncio risulta ben formulato e veritiero.

super Lage, gute Ausstattung, große Wohnung

Kurzer weg zum Lift und Sparmarkt im Haus. Aufzug und Tiefgarage. Sauberes Haus und Wohnung. Einziges Ärgernis , Anlieferung Sparmarkt Montags mitten in der Nacht. Ansonsten super und empfehlenswert.
