Interaction with Guests
At the beginning of your stay, I will give you a quick tour of the apartment as well as the garage opener. The front door is equipped with a keyless electronic lock, which is very convenient. The apartment is completely private from the rest of the house. You have your own space at all times.
However, if you want to have a cup of coffee, need a ride to the airport, or want to tour of the neighborhood, I would be glad to assist and get to know you. I live on the upper side of the house.
Glashland is a neighborhood in the North of Kansas City (Northland). It is one of the most practical neighborhood in town. Not only it is located only 5 min away from all major highways - making going in and out fast and easy - it also features all major grocery and convenience stores within 5 miles.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, while keeping the rest of Kansas City within reach. The highways make it really easy to reach all major attractions within 20-30 min. It is a perfect place for a retreat after a long day of work/fun.

Royals Stadium: 24min
Nascar Speedtrack: 31 min
It is necessary to have a car to get around Kansas City. KC is very spread out. The Northland is really not the right solution for you if you don't have a vehicle. The public transportation within Downtown KC is a little more developed.
Other Things to Note
The best occupancy is one to two people. BEYOND TWO VISITORS, 10 dollars/person/per night will be required.
The sofa converts into a queen bed and can accommodate two more people. Clean sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided for them. The additional fee also includes clean towels.
The dining table also extends to comfortably sit 4 people.
I am a Belgian Photojournalist based out of Kansas City. I am currently working on a two year documentary project on across the USA called Sign My Car! After each interview participants get to sign my car. You can't miss the house because my car has become really colorful!
When I am not on the road, nor taking pictures, I enjoy playing board games with my love ones, reading and taking walks in the woods.

I bought this home because I have always enjoyed hosting people. This apartment is fully separate from the rest of the house, providing both great hospitality opportunities while maintaining privacy.
This house is a labyrinth. It looks small from the outside, but there are hidden rooms in the layout. I discovered all the rooms after I visited the home on the 3rd time!
