Emmalani Villa is an Elegant Luxury home consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with of over 3400 square of interior living area. Situated on the 6th Fairway of the Woods Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the Hanalei mountains provide a backdrop of lush and tropical mountains lined with waterfalls.

The Hawaiian Nene goose, which is endemic to Hawaii, also frequent the area along the property facing the golf course.

Private and quiet all the while within close proximity to the Princeville Shopping Center which offers

everything from dining to art galleries and boutiques. There is a post office and banks, a Library as well as a grocery store for your convenience.

Within minutes from the St. Regis Hotel, you can enjoy dining and entertaining as well as take in some of Hawai'i's most beautiful sunsets.

This island style home lends itself to the discerning vacationer who enjoys the relaxation of an established neighborhood. The gourmet kitchen and expansive counter tops has and huge island with a built in Miele stove cook top. There are two Thermadore built in ovens, a large built in Pro Kitchen Aid refrigerator, a Quisinart toaster oven and a Quisinart 10 cup coffee maker. The kitchen, as well as the bathrooms, are finished with solid walnut cabinets. The home is finished with marble flooring and carpeting throughout. Wonderful home with swimming pool

We had a great time at this well appointed home in Princeville. It had everything you could want. Swimming pool, large gourmet kithen, ensuite bathrooms and beautiful location. Beach equipment was available for use and the welcome basket was a treat.

Perfect Kauai Vacation Home

We have used VRBO to visit Kauai and specifically Princeville every winter for the past decade, and we also use VRBO regularly to visit mountain resorts all over Colorado. This VRBO is by far the most beautiful, immaculate, comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, sophisticated, private and restful vacation home we have ever had the great pleasure of renting. Every detail was carefully pre-planned by the extraordinarily gracious owners who also live on the island. The kitchen had every cooking and serving item that could possibly be needed for a perfect vacation. My husband and I decided to bring our son as well as both grandmothers on our trip, and we had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves even when everyone wanted to follow their own activity and sleep schedules. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable visit, and we will definitely be back to stay here again!

Paradise

Emmalani Villa was clean, spacious and loaded with amenities along with a perfect location for all our activities in amazing Kauai. The view of the mountains and waterfalls from the lanai was beautiful and the stars at night were stunning. The Wades were so welcoming and attentive.

We would love to visit again in this slice of paradise.

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. There may be an additional guest fee charged per night and/or cleaning fee for guests over 4 occupants. We do not encourage children as this is our second home and have strict house rules with respect to removing shoes before entering the home as well as rinsing off dirt and sand from feet because of the very light coloured brand new carpet in the home. Removing footwear before entering a home in Hawaii is a custom and shows respect.
We also require that you rinse off all sand prior to bathing or using the jetted tub as this can and will damage the plumbing over time. Cleaning fee/clean out may be determined by the size of the group. Damage Protection deposit and insurance may be required for larger groups. Damage/security deposit will be forfeited if the home is misused and/or damaged in any way. All cancellations must be in writing and received no later than 30 days prior to arrival date/60 days during the Holiday Season. Maximum occupancy is 6 ($35.00 per person per night over 4 guests).
