About the property

Our house has approximately 200sqm of living space .In the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a cozy seating area by the fireplace and in the adjacent bay of up to 8 people to be enlarged dining table. From both areas, you can enjoy the fantastic view. Large windows sliding elements allow the exit to the terrace (approx 140sqm) with a covered patio, a small garden and pool area, which is separated by two stages. The kitchen, the guest bathroom and two double rooms start from the small hallway, both with private bath and access to the terraces. Upstairs are two double rooms and one single room, all. With ensuite shower room and access to large roof terrace, which offers panoramic views again from a different perspective The sloping front of the pool a slope, and the slope above are left natural. There, the typical vegetation of the Algarve with olive trees, agaves, Alforobea, wild sage growing etc.

In all seasons, beautiful!

Since the house has a gas central heating, it is habitable at all seasons. Already in January, you can enjoy the almond blossom in the valley and up to May / June there is a beautiful, varied vegetation.

If you spend the holiday on the Algarve in summer, you can hardly imagine how beautiful the other seasons. Although the weather is not as resistant, but the ground temperature is usually 10 ° C higher than in Germany. As soon as the sun will reappear after the rain dries quickly and warm. Since the House already has the morning sun on the terrace, you can often eat breakfast even in the winter months on the terrace or later with a light blanket lying by the pool. Directions, service, shopping: The access goes on a narrow, paved road up the hill. At the house there are parking facilities for cars.

Amenities: Each bedroom has the comfort of your own bath. In one of the bathrooms on the ground floor there is a bath, there is also the washing machine.

For small children a travel cot is available. Even a small high chair is there.

The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric. Juicer, Pürrierstab, hand blenders, and espresso machine. Cutlery, glasses and crockery are provided in sufficient quantity. On the terrace there is a portable barbecue. Our thought was in the facilities that we and our guests to refrain on holiday in nothing makes life easier.

The living room has a TV, a compact stereo system, a wide range of holiday literature and information material, maps and brochures are for leisure activities.

Traumhafte Ruhe-Oase

Das Haus und das gepflegte abwechslungsreich gestaltete Grundstück sind eine Augenweide und man kann den grandiosen Blick auf das Hinterland von Faro in aller Ruhe geniessen.

Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche verlebt und kommen gerne wieder!

Hätte eigentlich 6 Sterne verdient

Einen ziehe ich ab, weil die Heizung nicht funktionierte, aber deswegen bleiben trotzdem 5 Sterne. Es gab genug Kaminholz und Heizlüfter...

Ein absolut tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage. Sehr gepflegt, alles Tip-Top sauber. Nach einer Woche Wäschewechsel und es wäre auch geputzt worden, hatten wir aber gerade selber schon gemacht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt - und viel mehr. Ansonsten ist noch die gute und schnelle Betreuung vor Ort erwähnenswert.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus - und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal.

Super Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir waren Anfang September für 9 Tage in der Villa. Die Ausstattung, vor allem der Küche, war erstklassig. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Außenanlagen ebenfalls. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, der Pool wurde 1 x pro Woche gereinigt. Das Highlight ist aber der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Faro, vor allem nachts.

Ich würde die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten und kann das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Ein perfektes Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub mit einem faszinierenden Ausblick zum Atlantik.

Das Haus entsprach vollkommen unserer Erwartung. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, innen wie außen. Der Pool ist gut geeignet zum Schwimmen und bietet ebenfalls eine schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt im Zentrum der Algarve und ist vom Flughafen schnell zu erreichen. Die Betreuung sowohl durch die Agentur als auch durch die Hauseigentümer war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig.

Herauszuheben ist die wundervolle Aussicht, die zum Abend hin durch die angehende Beleuchtung noch schöner wird.

Super Haus

Hallo,

Hier eine rückmeldung nach zwei Wochen Urlaub in euere schöne Wohnung in Santa Barbara de Nexe.

Der empfang war gut und die übergabe von dem Schlüssel problemlos. Mann hat uns sogar unsere Bordkarten gedruckt und zu Hause besorgt.

Wir Hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Caso do Alto. Das Haus entsprach unsere erwartungen. Und die Aussicht ist wunderbar.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben mit 6 Personen einen wunderschönen Silvesterurlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Inneneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der traumhafte Ausblick von der schönen Terrasse über Faro hinweg bis auf das Meer, die schön angelegt Anlage und auch der Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Rundum ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil und wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The house is located in the hinterland of the level of Faro, halfway up the mountain Nexe. The breathtaking view over the below lying town of Santa Barbara de Nexe that removes at night glittering Faro to the horizon and the islands of the Ria Formosa and the view along which collected behind the coastal mountain chain, making the special ambience. This panorama is to not only enjoy from the terraces but also from living rooms and bedrooms, even from the pool! St. Barbara is a more typical Portuguese village with good infrastructure. There is a gas station, behind a well-stocked supermarket., Bakers, bars, cafe, doctor, pharmacy, post office and bank and at least two good restaurants. The tourist attractions like the ruins of Milreu, Faro, Olhoa, etc Tavira, the beaches of the East and West Algarve, and many golf courses are easily accessible because of its location at the apex of Eastern and Western Algarve.

Golf. Approximately 30 golf courses can be reached within 25-40 minutes.. These include the unknown places of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Largo, and the places around Vilamoura. The places of the Pestana Group are easily accessible and offer cheap deals. Information about the golf facilities can be found in the house or in advance on the internet.
