Nestled on a beautifully landscaped corner, our Green Certified, stylish 2700+ square foot Montford home was completed in June of 2015. We are pleased to offer you a one bedroom 650 square foot apartment area located in our ground level. The apartment has a private entrance and off street parking. It offers relaxed comfort with independent climate control and plenty of natural light from large double insulated windows and the secure opaque glass front door. The bedroom is completely private with two windows, ceiling fan, and big double closet. A large open plan living room & food area has a separate dining table along with counter/bar seating, plus a comfortable entertainment area. The large fully appointed bathroom sports a jazzy black & white hexagonal tile floor, granite vanity top, and a shower/tub combo.

These guys are great! No detail was left out... Fully furnished with really beautiful pieces and VERY comfortable bed!! Felt right at home and they were very gracious allowing us to use there back yard for our dogs. Excellent location near downtown, nice park for the dogs steps away.. If we are ever back we will be looking to come back!!
We have stayed at a few different rental homes in Montford and this has been our favorite. The one-bedroom apartment is comfortable and luxurious, and Frank and Peter have thought of everything their guests might need--and then some. They had wine waiting for my husband and me and treats and bowls for our pup. The place is spotless and comfortable, with everything you might need for a week's stay or longer.
My wife and I stayed in this beautiful basement apartment for our anniversary. The apartment was everything it was billed to be and then some. The pictures truly do not do the property justice. The property is located just a short walk away from everything in downtown Asheville. I literally parked my car the entire weekend and walked everywhere!
We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend with our dog and we cannot say enough great things about our hosts and the property! Frank and Peter are very welcoming. They gave us a tour of the apartment and instructions how to operate the electronics and thermostat when we arrived. The apartment itself is amazing - they really thought of everything when designing it. It is very comfortable and you can tell they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. We have stayed in the Montford neighborhood before and really enjoyed the neighborhood feel and the proximity to downtown. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors and living like locals for a few days!
My husband and I have been visiting Asheville from VA for at least 5 years, sometimes a couple times a year, but always on our anniversary. We usually stay in a hotel, but we will never go back and will hopefully rent from Frank and Peter again. The apartment was fantastic! It was in a nice neighborhood, the location was great, we walked downtown in about 15 mins. We caught an Uber to go to a baseball game for $6. It was quiet, clean, they thought of all the little details. We also were able to take our two dogs, because we like to hike with them around Asheville. Our dogs are well-behaved but big, so its difficult to find a place where they are welcomed. It was a great place to walk the dogs, a little park about a block away. Usually, when I only have a couple days away it is more difficult to get into 'vacation mode', but not this time, the residence was so lovely and relaxing, a long weekend was just what we needed. We met several neighbors who were all very friendly. Frank and Peter pay close attention to details, fresh flowers and chocolates welcomed us upon arrival. It was a great trip!
Absolutely loved this apartment - Frank and Peter's attention to detail is second to none. We were greeted with a box of local chocolates and fresh flowers. Beautifully clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Location was fantastic - within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and local attractions. Wouldn't change a thing, just wish we could have stayed longer!
Easy half mile walk to the center of town. One block from Asheville Visitors Center (tour buses and city buses). A pleasant six and a half mile drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitors Center. Five mile drive to Biltmore Village & Estate. Less than a half mile to Grove Arcade and the convention center. Easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops, and microbreweries. One mile from the River Arts District. If you don't feel like walking, Uber taxis are always available and quick in our neighborhood.
