Felt like home!

  • 5 of 5

Tom and Mike have an adorable and inviting little cottage! They had a bottle of wine waiting for my husband and me, excellent coffee in the morning and even dog treats for our dogs! If you are staying in Asheville stay here this is better than a hotel. Tom and Mike were very friendly and helpful even while they were on vacation they kept in touch with us to make sure we got in ok and needed anything.

We came for a weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

Tom & Mike thought of everything in making this a nice getaway. Nice, clean, quiet, charming place. My husband and I stayed with our two English bulldogs. Our dogs are seniors and the place is easy to get in and out of with only a few steps in the entry way. The complimentary coffee and wine were wonderful, as was the gift card to their coffee shop which allowed our dogs to come inside. Tom & Mike were really nice hosts! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Rental Close to everything in Asheville!

  • 5 of 5

The unit was very clean, the bed comfortable and I have a bad back, and it was in a very quiet area for sleeping. The owners left coffee and wine and popcorn! The owners texted daily to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy! What exceptional service. Oh and you got a certificate to their coffee shop too which we loved since it had gluten free options, super coffee and is a green establishment.

Great location, pet friendly accomodation

  • 5 of 5

Mike and Tom are very easy and efficient to deal with - the little "extras" are icing on the top.

The accomodation was very spacious, clean and tidy with no sign of any other pets having stayed recently either inside or out.

Located just outside downtown, one could walk to town if they were feeling in need of some urban exercise, but getting out of town to hike off the Blue Ridge Parkway is a more enjoyable form of exercise.

A visit to one of their coffee restaurants is definitely recommended, good coffee, attentive friendly staff and mostly locals in the one we went to on Merrimon.

We would stay here again with our dog next time we have a need to stay close to downtown Asheville.

Great apartment in every way ( apartment , location , etc )

  • 5 of 5

My wife and. We're visiting for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this cozy cottage / apartment . The unit was very clean and nicely decorated and appointed . Loved the space in both the bedroom and living area. Far nicer and better then any hotel room or suite . Also appreciated that it is dog friendly ....and our fog seemed to like the space as well . ( I could not get him to do his own review ) . The location is also a big plus . About one mile from downtown Asheville and in a very nice neighborhood of its own . We also like the coffee , wine and gift card for the owners coffee shop in Asheville ( great coffee and a very nice breakfast ) . We would definitely stay there again on future trips to Asheville . Important to note the unit is very spacious and well decorated , yet , it does not have a kitchen ( has small fridge , coffee maker , micro wave is included )
