This beautiful Marco Island home is 1/3 mile from the beach and the JW Marriott. An easy 5 minute walk. The house features a large, heated pool with private, large screened lanai, as well as a 6 person Hot Springs Spa. Both the pool and spa feature salt systems. There is a privacy fence between the pool and the neighbors in the back (hard to find in Marco!!).The home has been completely updated. The large, open kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The home features two living areas. The family room has a 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV, cable, free high speed internet, DVD player and large built-in bar. Front sitting area is large and bright for relaxing, reading, playing board games or conversation. All the main living areas and kitchen have beautiful travertine floors. The master bedroom has a deluxe king size mattress and has slider from the master bath to the pool and lanai. All the flooring in the 3 bedrooms have been recently updated with gorgeous ceramic tile. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The master bath has new cabinets, double sink, granite and large shower. The Lanai, outside of the house and pool deck were just recently painted. There is a Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Bikes, cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagon are all provided for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen!

Amazing Home and Area

Beautifully clean and spacious home. Great area. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful pool with 3 unique entrances from the home. Very peaceful areas, including the private front porch. Beautiful vegetation. Highly recommend! Will book again this calendar year.

Clean, updated home with all the conveniences you need for vacation

This is a great home for a family looking for both pool and beach access. The pool and patio area is perfect for swimming and relaxing outside all day long, which is mostly what we did. The beach is a quick walk across the street and the house is stocked with everything you'd want to take with you when you go. The house itself is nicely updated and the owners have all the basics there that you need to live for the week. We made most of our meals at the house and everything we needed to cook and serve food was there. The tvs in all the rooms was nice for when everyone wanted their own time to relax. The location on the island is very central and it was easy to get to everything. It was a little too hot and rainy for us to walk most places, but with better weather you certainly could. I'd definitely recommend this home for visitors to the island!

Great House, great location

I stayed here for four nights with two of my teenagers. House is beautiful, loved the pool and being able to have a kitchen to cook meals in. We rode our bikes down to one or two restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and had pool toys and bikes to use. Can wait to return.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

We loved staying here last week. It was so relaxing! The house is so close to the beach so we took lots of walks there. My daughter appreciated the beach toys we were able to use at the beach and all the pool noodles/boogie boards. The owner was very prompt with responding to any questions we had. Great property!
