1 BD 1 BA with a Palapa roof over the kitchen/dinning room. The bathroom is unique to Sayulita with a hand laid stone that can only be done by Mexican master stone masons. The bedroom closes off when it gets hot and air conditioning keep you cool and relaxed. The views of the village and beach are stunning. If you bring your binoculars you can see the whales pass by. You also have a jungle view looking out the bathroom porthole. This a one of a kind of a home.
I retired to Mexico 10 years and decided to build a rental because I had the space.
This property had such an awesome white water view, where you could see the surfers from your bedroom. If you bring binoculars you can whales watch from the veranda while sipping a margarita.
Palapa roof covering the kitchen/dinning area. Bathroom is done in hand quarried, hand laid stone. You can see the jungle out through the port hole of the shower but no one can see you The floor is vintage hand made tiles. The bedroom closes off so you can run the air conditioner when it gets hot. You get a great feeling of privacy in this spot. Very romantic.
My hubby and I spent a week at this delightful accom. The short walk to town and back was great exercise, however, could be problematic if have mobility issues. You do have the option to rent a vehicle. Absolutely LOVED the outdoor kitchen/living area. Greg was a great host who resolved an initial suite mix up quickly and professionally. Sayulita is a gem. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
What a wonderful place, super close to town and the views were wonderful. Amenities were great, and super comfy. Greg and his property manager were always available and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
