House in Canarian architectural style, with several terraces, lots of light and sun

The Canarian design ie, each room has its own Holzdach- construction as the old houses. Except for the kitchen and the bathrooms. The view is to the sea, even from inside the house. The footprint of the house measures about 120 square meters, the plot of approx 3000 sqm. The house has 2 large bedrooms with 2 beds each, which are provided as a double bed. One has a terrace and access to the outside. 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower. A living room with terrace, sofa, dining table and 2 chairs. Large kitchen with its own terrace. The equipment is complete, and it should want for anything, we get it. Towels and linens are provided and changed weekly. The kitchen equipment is for 6 people. Stainless steel cooking pots, fridge with separate freezer, oven, 4 flame stove, 3 ways to prepare coffee, blender, etc. SAT TV with all German TV channels. CD player. Washing machine in the house. ADSL connection with WLAN and wifi

Garden: The garden is particularly emphasized, garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock, children's toys that you can also take to the beach. The garden consists of old almond trees, lawns, flowers and many exotischen- and endemic plants. For children of all ages is plenty of space to browse and romp.

Cot, -Hochsitz etc. are available. Children can also roam the area alone, there are no dangers.

The house is detached and the garden of approximately 3000 sqm is completely private, for exclusive use by the tenant.

In the garden there are various types of fruit depending on the season for self-harvesting by the holiday guest. (Avocados, oranges, Grapfrut, papayas, ect.

Care: The landlord (owner) has you personally, one on arrival in their holiday homes. In addition, he is always by phone available to all possible contingencies or aid, as contacts with help and advice and tips. If you want it.

We live for 30 years at La Palma, my wife is Spanish, b. z.w. from Central America (Nicaragua), and I'm from northern Bavaria, but that's long ago.

Would you like to rent a car, we are working with a local car rental company, here in the place that gives us very good prices & service. A four-door midsize car will cost all inclusive (comprehensive insurance with no deductible, tax, airport transfer, free child seat etc.) costs 23, -EUR per day. The cars are new and the service is unsurpassed.

On this large property in the Calle El Canal 19 El Paso, there are 2 houses, but among themselves have a large distance of approximately 40 meters and have planting and two access roads from 2 sides, no factor. Separate parking and each private garden. The other house can be seen even with HomeAway under No. 75 29 81 object.

Sommer im November

vom 02.-16. Nov. 2015 haben wir - 3 Schwestern aus Norddeutschland - eine wunderbare Zeit in einem schönen, bequemen Haus verbracht. Herr Kummerow empfing uns pünktlich und erläuterte alles Notwendige und Wissenswerte. Eine sehr schöne, ruhe Lage des Hauses in einem hübschen, gepflegten Garten hat uns begeistert. Auch die Einrichtung ohne jegliches überflüssige Details hat uns überzeugt.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Im Garten gibt es bequeme Liegen zum Genießen und Ruhen.

Die Nähe der Stadt Los Llanos ist wunderbar gut zu erreichen. Einkaufs-möglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug. Supermärkte und Markthallen sind gut zu erreichen, ebenso bummeln und baden. Fabelhaft.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

an excellent place to stay at La Palma

Very nice house, clean and convenient. Very well located, not far from Los Llanos city center. Description of the property on the web site is very accurate.

We stayed almost 1 month and we enjoyed this place, very peacefull, and not far from everything.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

Thanks to the owner, Martin, who was very nice and helpfull.

Sehr zu empfehlen für Jung und Alt!

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Domizil.

Den positiven Bewertungen der anderen Gäste können wir uns nur anschließen und empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter. Die Beschreibungen und Fotos entsprechen den Tatsachen und die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto in alle Himmelsrichtungen.

Das Haus mit der bestens ausgestatteten Küche, den geräumigen Schlafzimmern, dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer, den beiden Badezimmern und den reichlich vorhandenen Handtüchern und Decken machen den Aufenthalt für mehrere Personen - auch mit Kindern - äußerst angenehm und unkompliziert.

Im großen Garten rund ums Haus finden sich genügend Liegen und Plätze zum Erholen und gefahrlosen Spielen, auch für kleinere Kinder. Die Pflanzenvielfalt und der Besuch der kleinen Eidechsen auf der Gartenmauer machen allen Spaß.

Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ruhe und Grün, ideal für Erholung

Wir fanden das Haus sehr schön durch seine landestypische Gestaltung mit viel Holz innen und außen. Die Terrasse rund um das Haus bietet verschiedenste Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten in Sonne und Schatten. Besonders gefallen hat uns natürlich der Garten und der weite, unverbaute Blick bis zum Meer. Los Llanos ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Martin Kummerow hat sich gut gekümmert und uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Im Haus findet man alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht - auch einen effektiven Gasofen, wenn es abends mal kühl wird.

Alles in allem ist Casa Mar aus unserer Sicht uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für Menschen, die Ruhe und eine schöne Umgebung suchen, aber auch nicht zu abgeschieden sein wollen.

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für ihre freundliche Bewertung. Seit wir die moderne Gasausenwand Heizung im Wohnzimmer eingebaut haben, die allerdings kaum jemand zur Benützung braucht, kann es noch heimelicher werden. Aber das alte herkömmliche Heizsystem hat auch gereicht, wenn überhaupt notwendig. Alles Gute und hoffentlich auf ein Wiedersehen. Marta & Martin

Urlaubsfeeling pur

Eine wunderschöne Lage um Urlaub zu genießen, ein schönes Haus und Garten und der Blick auf das Meer. Man findet alles was man braucht...ob für die Küche oder die Schlafräume (wir haben sehr gut geschlafen).

Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Touren und Abends auf der Terrasse den Tag mit Blick auf das Meer ausklingen zu lassen.

Der Kontakt zu Herrn Kummerow war im Vorfeld des Urlaubs problemlos und noch einmal herzlichen Dank für ihre Empfehlung der Autovermietung Narki (das war auch absolut problemlos) und ihrem Hinweis für uns 4 Erwachsene ein größeres Fahrzeug zu wählen ( es konnte selbst ein 1,90 Meter Mann dort gut hinten sitzen + 4 große Koffer passten in den Kofferraum) war super.

This detached house with large garden plot is not far from Los Llanos to the south. The altitude above sea level, is at about 380 m, slightly higher than Los Llanos. Despite the central location, immediate environment is absolutely quiet and rural character. Los Llanos can easily be reached in 20 minutes on foot, as a supermarket and a bus stop (10 min.) In the small supermarket there in the morning fresh bread. The sea is min in about 10th accessible by car, or in Tazacorte in Puerto Naos (15 min.), where there are sandy beach and restaurants. Near the house, there is also a restaurant, a 10 minute walk. The central Plaza, the pleasant little town of Los Llanos, can be reached in about 25 minutes walk. The immediate surroundings of the house are free, abandoned fincas and even a very loose construction of family houses. The environment allows for a walk directly from the house, with views of Los Llanos.

Other Activities: On the history of La Palma there so to make some interesting comments. Even current affairs is very moving, is perhaps connected with the very distinctive character of its inhabitants. The islands were, more or less inhabited by a multiracial mix, Spaniards, Portuguese, and Dutch and English and natives, the Guanches, probably descended from the Berbers in the Atlas Mountains.

There is the possibility, even for children, at a the nearby riding stables, ride out, or take riding lessons under the instruction.
