This spacious, fully private apartment is located on the first level of our home and has 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and laundry room. There is a sofa bed in the living room that converts to a queen sized bed too and has a brand new mattress.

We are just 4 minutes (1.5 miles) to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Only 15 minutes (10 miles) to downtown Nashville and 10 minutes to the airport.

See the Grand Ole Opry from the backyard!

The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and basic cookware are provided.

Laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Bathroom has stand-up shower.

Cable TV and WIFI are included.

Enjoy playing billiards, darts, or board games in this private apartment. The unit has central heat and air conditioning with a separate thermostat for your control. Your apartment has a private covered patio with entrance and you are free to use our fenced-in back yard and playhouse.

Enjoy sleeping in comfy, clean beds, knowing that even the duvets and blankets are laundered between each and every reservation.

Our home is located in an established Nashville neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. We are close to many local hot spots.

Gaylord Springs Golf Links - one street down

Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center - 1.5 miles (I can direct you to free parking) This place is a must see during Christmas!

Opry Mills - 1.5 miles - can be seen from our yard.

Grand Ole Opry - 1.5 miles

Music City Center and Downtown - 10 miles

Nissan Stadium ( Titans ) and Bridgestone Arena (Predators) - 10 miles

Nashville International Airport - 7 miles

We are conveniently located with quick access onto Briley Parkway.

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Nashville. There is a MTA bus stop one street over.

We have a current Vacation Rental permit issued by Metro Nashville.

Wonderful in so many ways

Kim’s apartment was wonderful in so many ways. First, it was extremely clean. The linens were fresh and clean, and the apartment was spotless. Secondly, it was very comfortable. Often you can feel the springs in a sofa bed, but our 13 year old son slept well on the higher quality sofa bed mattress. The main bedroom’s mattress was also quite comfortable. Thirdly, we felt safe. The neighborhood was very nice and all of the homes were very well kept. Fourth, it was really…really quiet and private. There is a separate entrance, and therefore you don’t even realize someone resides in the top part of the home. Fifth, it was really convenient to areas we wanted to visit. It was only a few minutes to downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, and other areas of interest. The drive was a relatively easy one. Sixth, It was very cost effective. We researched other rentals on VRBO & Homeaway. Many had very high cleaning fees and management fees. Kim’s rates were extremely reasonable; even when compared to a hotel. Kim reached out to us to let us know she was available if we needed anything. It was easy to communicate with her. My husband termed it as “ one of the best VRBOs” we have rented; and we have stayed at quite a few. We highly recommend it!!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very clean and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Our kids had fun playing pool and board games, and we loved meeting Sherlock the dog. :)

Kim has a binder in the apartment with recommendations for restaurants - we went to McNamara's based on the recommendation and it was excellent! Delicious food and fun atmosphere.

Overall, we had a wonderful time in Nashville and would recommend staying here! It is perfect for a family of 4, and so much more comfortable than staying at a hotel.

great getaway with just the right accomodations

This place was perfect for my 3 friends and myself. It was enough room for all of us. It was clean and had all the accommodations we needed.the location worked well for us. We enjoyed the nearby two rivers park and touring the opryland convention center and hotel. Downtown was just a short drive away.

Clean and precisely depicted by photos and description

The apartment was definitely better than staying in a hotel. The owners reside in a quiet Neighborhood but close to Nashville and amenities.

I appreciate the place is exactly how it was depicted in the advertisement, as I have not had the same experience in the past! Creative photography can be a customer's worse nightmare. Having a kitchen is always nice and a wonderful coffee maker adds to the charm. The pool table and dart board are a nice touch as well.

The owners of the apartment respect your privacy and are quick to respond should you have any questions. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful apartment in a great location. We enjoyed playing pool and darts and sitting on the patio reading when we weren't out on the town. Everything was clean and the Sweats were so kind. Will stay again!

The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
5.Use of property: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances and furnishings for their intended uses.
6. There is NO daily maid service or breakfast provided.
7. Noise: Quiet times are between 10pm and 6am.
8. No drugs or illegal activity.
9. Check-out Policy:
- Guest must check out by 11:00 A.M.
- Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was in upon check in by making sure dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, and sanitized.
