Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
It was a very cozy place to stay, we had a toddler and he was able to go out side and play witout having to worry about him getting in the road because the back was fenced in.
This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Panama City.
This cottage needs some updates, if a sink has visible rust on it, it should be replaced. The mattresses were horrible, we actually left a day earlier then we needed to due to that. The only thing we enjoyed about the cottage was the location.
It was perfect! The location was wonderful. I loved having a full fridge and a washer and dryer to do laundry during our stay. The beach was very close, although we did have to cross 4 lanes of traffic. Most people would stop and let you cross. There were a few beach toys and an umbrella left by previous guests. I will stay there again!
We only had this house from Friday to Sunday. It wasn't terrible. It just wasn't ideal. When it says the beach is across the street, what they mean it is across a major 5 lane highway. If you have small children with you, consider driving. The beach access is nice a little further down from where it is indicated. The Dollar General is literally behind the house. That was very convenient. If you like to be cool during the day, this house is not for you. There aren't enough ceiling fans and one bedroom gets sun ALL day and has no ceiling fan. Don't plan on washing or drying clothes unless you have a LOT of time. A load of 5 beach towels took 3 1/2 hours to wash and dry. The staff is very friendly. I like the email exchange of information. I was able to contact them if necessary. The complaints I had were more a preference, not a reason to contact them. I will likely rent with Vacasa again, but not this particular house.
