Amazing View! The Best corner unit!
This is ‘one of the kind’ landmark in the City of Burnaby/Vancouver. Housed in the 45 story concrete tower on the 39th floor facing North-West, this luxury property has just been completed its construction early March 2015.
My apartment is housed in a 45 story concrete tower built by one of the best and well known Builders in Vancouver. It is centrally located in the heart of Burnaby/Vancouver. You will find many various eateries and fine restaurants in the area. Sky train and bus stations are conveniently situated across the street. Our famous Metro town Mall and many other shopping are only steps away.
It takes less than 30 minutes by public transits if you wish to experience night life
and all other excitements including attractions such as Stanley Park in downtown Vancouver.
After a long day of exploring the most exciting and beautiful Cities in North America, sipping your wine or tea on our spacious balcony, overlooking our beautiful city, soaking yourself in our city lights and famous clean air in the evening are simply priceless.
I was born in Malaysia and have been living in Canada for over 40 years. I was self employed as a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent for approximately 30 years. No, please don't go there, I am not telling you my age lol.
I had my heart set on Metro-town area for a very long time especially just this particular spot. Why? Does it make a different if I tell you it is 500 ft above sea level?
We have nature, parks, golf, great restaurants, many supermarkets, good transit systems, clinics that open 7 days a week, police station, across the street.
if you love night life, our sky train will take you there within 20 minutes!
Jenny Lee purchased this apartment in 2015
Well, the better reasons are:
It has a good mix of commercial and residential sectors,
People are from different cultural backgrounds but get along really well.
It is absolutely convenient! We have everything we want within steps.
It is very safe, peaceful, and crimes are rarely heard of.
9am-5pm Concierge and 24/7 security guards.
It is a very bright area due to no super tall buildings sitting side by side or across from each other. We are not giving up on sun-light

Each year from March to October, thousands of whales migrate through the waters near Vancouver, making it one of world’s best locations for prime whale watching.
Make sure to bring a pair of binoculars on your trip, because in addition to whales, it is quite common to spot a range of seabirds, such as brown pelicans, harlequin ducks, Pacific loons, tufted puffins and bald eagles.
When it comes to whale watching tours, orcas are often considered the main attraction. The waters around Vancouver Island host large resident pods of nearly 100 killer whales, as well as small pods of transient orcas that travel across wide ranges of coastline.
